Abstract
With the development of society, mechanized production has gradually replace most of the manual labor, even based on the packaging machine production-based. But the current situation, China's packaging machinery production quality stability, accuracy and other aspects with the developed countries there is a certain gap. The reason is that most of our mechanical design still stick to the traditional empirical design method and analogy in the design process can not make estimates of the final product performance. The emergence of virtual prototyping technology, just fill this one blank, virtual prototyping, simulation, you can predict in advance that the mechanical properties.
First, this paper theoretically analyzes the working principle and characteristics of the longitudinal sealing rollers of packaging machinery, analysis of the longitudinal sealing roller speed packaging machinery, fine-tuning and output speed. Secondly, based on the three-dimensional modeling techniques to establish the transmission model of the longitudinal sealing rollers of packaging machinery. Rotary vice, the driving force constraints ADMAS software through virtual prototyping technology, the establishment of a multibody dynamics model of the transmission of longitudinal sealing roller packaging machinery. Complete the simulation of different speed drive speed, and adjust the output speed of the wheel response theory. Finally, simulation experiments, the comparative analysis of the speed of response of the output drive gear output speed of response affect the quality and the moment of inertia wheels. And received the results: using the revised transmission gear under realistic production conditions, corresponds to the response speed.
