Cooperation in securities legislation, market supervision and regulation, and investment operation will be strengthened and more EU securities institutions, fund management institutions and other
institutional investors will be encouraged to enter into China's market. Chinese securities institutions will be encouraged to enter into the EU's securities market when conditions are ripe. In the meantime, Chinese enterprises will be strongly supported to raise funds in the EU's securities market.

Speaking about talented personnel, I think the most crucial factor is that we should build up a system in which talents flow freely. I don’t believe that China is short of the talented people; instead, there are many of them. Our problem is that many people have not been assigned to the jobs that may give full play to their talents. It’s like having many beautiful young ladies and handsome young men, but most of them remain single because they have no opportunities to meet and socialize with each other. To be honest, in our institutions or enterprises, many people thought an individual not an able person. But that was not the case, it was more likely that he had been assigned to a job that did not suit him at all.
