摘 要

中国XXXX港、东营港经济开发区位于中国黄河三角洲中心城市东营市东北部,北邻京津塘经济区,南连胶东半岛,濒临渤海西南海岸,地处黄河经济带与环渤海经济圈的交汇点。本次设计5万吨级泊位的多用途高桩码头,主要是散货船与集装箱船。根据设计工艺要求,码头总长为1348m,码头前沿底高程-15.58m,和码头面高程+5.5m,在地形的横断面图中可确定码头结构的总宽度为59.57m。其中,前方桩台宽37m,主要用于装卸桥的布置;后方桩台宽15m,主要起连接作用。面板采用预制板,搭接在纵梁上。纵梁分为装卸桥轨道梁(轨距30m)、一般纵梁和边纵梁,纵梁搭在桩帽上。由于时间限制本设计只给出门机轨道梁及其悬臂部分和一般纵梁的具体计算过程。本设计重点部分是横向排架计算,采用桩两端为铰接柔性桩台的计算方法,具体见计算书后面部分横向排架间距为7m,桩长为55米。

ABSTRACT

In camp City the northeast of Chinese yellow river delta, the east of city of center, the east camp harbor of China Shandong, the east camp harbor economy development niche's north borders on Jin pond economic area in city, south connect gum east peninsula, get close to southwest coast in Bohai Sea, the ground yellow river economy takes to remit a point with handing over of economic turn in wreath Bohai Sea.The design 50,000 ton class berths of many uses high stake wharf, mainly is spread cargo vessel with gather to pack a ship.Request according to the design craft, the wharf always grows for the 1348 ms, the wharf is ex- to follow bottom of Gao Cheng-15.58 ms, and wharf noodles Gao Cheng+5.5 ms, can make sure the total width of wharf structure to 59.57 ms in the cross section diagram of geography.Among them, front stake the pedestal breadth 37 ms, mainly used for the decoration that packs to unload bridge;Rear stake the pedestal breadth 15 ms, mainly have a conjunction function.The front-panel adoption prepares to make plank and takes to connect on the Zong beam.The Zong beam is divided into to pack to unload the bridge orbit beam(the gauge 30 ms), general Zong beam and the side Zong beam, the Zong beam takes a hat at the stake up.Because time limits this design to go out machine orbit beam and it hangs the concrete calculation process of arm part and general Zong beam.The Zong beam presses the rigid calculation for propping ups continuous beam.The horizontal row is apart from for the 7 ms, the stake is long to is 55 meters.
