康宁220千伏变电站建筑工程施工组织设计
1、工程概况及特点
1.1工程简述
康宁220千伏变电站建筑工程,位于山西省兴县康宁镇花子村东约200米,距康宁镇约5公里,距兴县城约20公里。地貌上属于河漫滩一级阶地,地势东南高西北低,站址区地面标高1090~1097m。
变电站站址地形西南临山,北为南川河及花固线公路,南川河由东向西流过。整个站址区地形起伏较小。
站址附近无高大建筑物;周围亦无湖泊、发射台、接收台、机场及其它对电磁辐射要求较高的设施。
站址大件运输考虑高速公路下道后,通过209国道,转吕梁至兴县S218省道,到兴县康宁镇后可达本变电站站址,交通便利。
1.2 工程性质及特点
全站地基处理采用天然砂石地基。220kV配电装置场地布置在站区南侧向南出线;110kV配电装置场地布置在站区北侧向北出线。在两个配电装置场地之间,由西向东布置有主控通信楼、35kV屋内配电室及主变场地、电容电抗器场地。进站大门设在站区西围墙中端。主控继电器室、蓄电池室及生产辅助用房采用了联合建筑,既方便运行又节省了土建投资。
站区建有生产综合建筑、35kV屋内配电室等建筑物。全站总建筑面积971m2
其中主控楼面积461m2建筑及装修设计:设计方案基本符合国家电网公司“两型一化”变电站设计建设导则要求,建筑物均采用框架结构。本站主要建筑抗震措施按设防烈度6度设防。220kV及110kV构架按最终规模一次建成,构架及设备支架均采用钢筋混凝土环形杆,基础采用现浇混凝土重力式基础。设备间采用自然进风、机械排风(轴流风机)通风方式。供水采用站外引水。排水采用生活污水及雨水分流制排放系统。生活污水经处理达到排放标准后排至站外。地面雨水排至站外河流。主变采用排油充氮灭火系统。站区室内外采用移动式化学灭火方案;电缆沟等电缆设施采用防火材料封堵。
1.3工程规模
本工程最终规模为3×180MVA。本期建设主变为2台180MVA。采用有载调压三卷变压器,电压等级220/110/35kV。220kV向南出线,规模8回,本期上5回;由西向东排列为:兴县牵2回、备用2回、白文牵1回、兴县500kV站2
