内 容 摘 要
当今,世界各国对物流的重视都是前所未有的,而第三方物流作为物流专业化的集中体现,巳然成为物流产业蓬勃发展的一支生力军。然而在竞争日趋激烈的市场经济条件下,我国许多第三方物流企业也遇到了这样或那样的问题,发展一时陷入了瓶颈。从宏观上看,我国第三方物流企业数量较多,但是规模小,物流市场不成熟,发展混乱,信息化程度低,服务面窄。从微观上看,我国第三方物流企业在经营管理及物流运作方面还存在诸多问题。第三方物流企业要想得到可持续发展,这些问题就需要解决。本文以第三方物流企业一安利公司为例,通过企业现有资源及现有业务角度对安利公司进行系统全面的分析,分析安利公司物流管理中仓储、配送、运输、库存业务和人力资源管理中存在的问题,并对这些问题有针对性地进行探究,进而提出安利公司物流管理、人力资源管理的改进目标及优化方案,以提高安利公司的管理效率、运作效率,从而降低企业物流成本并加快企业现金流量,实现企业健康、稳定和可持续发展。

Today, the world is unprecedented, to the attention of the logistics and the third party logistics as a concentrated expression of logistics specialization, has become fresh blood to the vigorous development of logistics industry. However, in the increasingly fierce competition in the market economy condition, many third-party logistics enterprises in China also faced the problem of one kind or another, development into a bottleneck at the moment. From a macro point of view, the number of third party logistics enterprises in our country, but small, logistics market is not mature, the development of chaos, low degree of information and services. From the microcosmic point of view, our country third party logistics enterprise in the management and logistics operation still exist many problems. The third party logistics enterprise to get sustainable development, these problems need to solve. This article to a third party logistics enterprise amway company as an example, through the enterprise existing resources and existing business in amway system
