摘 要
中国加入世界贸易组织，证券市场的进一步发展，市场经济的稳步前进，以及网络信息技术的升级，这些时代背景的存在，为我国上市公司提供了更广阔的发展空间，但同时也暗藏着无数的激流险滩，企业稍有不慎，就有可能卷入失败的漩涡，导致财务危机的出现，甚至企业破产。这不仅影响了企业的所有者、债务人、职工的利益，而且影响将波及社会各界。总而言之，财务危机的预测和防范是非常必要的。
财务危机由潜伏到发作再到恶化，需经历一定的过程。若能及早察觉财务危机的，对企业财务进行危机分析，将使企业的管理者赢得更充裕的时间，在财务危机的萌芽状态就采取有效措施，改善管理，预防危机进一步深化，从而避免企业破产。因此，进行财务危机的分析，不仅丰富了危机管理理论与财务管理理论，还有利于提高上市公司的适应力与竞争力，同时也避免了上述众利益所有人的损失。
本文首先对我国上市公司财务危机进行概述，并重点阐述财务危机的概念、特征及表现形式，接着对我国上市公司财务危机的现状及成因进行分析，最后提出我国上市公司财务危机的防范措施及处理方案。

Abstract：
To join the World Trade Organization and the securities market steady progress, and so on the network information technology upgrade, the Chinese listed companies provide a broader space for development, but also countless hidden whitewater rapids, a little careless companies, there may be involved in the failure of the vortex, leading to financial crisis, or even bankruptcy. This not only affects the company's owner, the debtor, the interests of workers, and community impact will be felt. In short, the prevention of financial crises is very essential.
Financial crisis worsened by the potential to attack and then to take through some process. Early detection of financial crisis on corporate finance to risk analysis, enterprise managers will gain more time, the financial crisis in the bud to take effective measures to improve management, prevention of further deepening the crisis in order to avoid bankruptcy . Therefore, the analysis of a financial crisis, not only enrich the theory of crisis management and financial management theories, but also help improve corporate adaptability and competitiveness, but also to avoid the loss of all public interest appeal.
This article first listed company in China to conduct an overview of the financial crisis, and focuses on the financial crisis of the concept, characteristics and expressions, then the financial crisis on China's listed company status and causes of the analysis of listed companies in China last raised the financial crisis and preventive measures treatment program.
