1 概述 1. General Information
防爆吊笼是用来在干式气柜的柜顶及活塞之间运送维修人员、材料及工具的一种主要交通工具。吊笼电气控制比较简单,但机械化程度比较高,所以要求维修人员要充分熟悉设备 的结构特点,认真阅读使用维护说明书,避免造成不应有的损失。
Explosion-proof cage is used in transporting maintenance personnel, material and tools between the dry gas holder roof and the piston as major transport. Since cage has simple electrical control but a relatively high degree of mechanization, the maintenance worker is required to fully understand the structural characteristics of the equipment, carefully read the maintenance manual, so as to avoid undue losses. 2. 2.1 运载能力:250Kg或三个人(包括操作工)

2.2 提升高度:当活塞在最低位置(柜中气量 0 m3)时,最大80.6m。 当活塞在最高位置(柜中气量 165,000 m3)时,最小4.6m。
2.2. Lifting Height: maximum of 80.6 meters when piston is at the highest position (with air
volume of 0 m3 in the cabinet).
Minimum of 4.6 meters when piston is at the lowest position (with air
volume of 165,000 m3 in the cabinet).

3. The Basic Working Principle of Roll Cage
吊笼是靠电动卷筒通过二根钢丝绳曳引,在无导轨的空间做升降运动的运输工具。是联接柜顶站台和活塞站台的重要交通工具,也是一个电气机械组合。设备结构复杂,但安全设施齐备。
The cage is dragged by an electric reel through two wire ropes, doing lifting in the space of no rails as the transport. It is the important transport that connects cabinet top station and piston station; also, it is a combination of electrical machinery, with complex structure but complete safety devices.

电动机经过二级减速机带动卷筒,做升降运动,最大传动比为122.5,电动机不适宜频繁的起动制动。
The reel is driven by the motor through two-stage reducer, doing lifting, with a maximum transmission ratio of 122.5. It is not suitable to frequently start the motor brake. 4 主要部件结构及性能
4. The Structure and Performance of Main Components
4.1 驱动装置:包括电动机、制动器、蜗轮减速机、正齿轮减速机、卷筒、带式安全制动闸、外部控制装置、内部控制装置、限速装置;是吊笼的主传动,也是吊笼的核心部分。 4.1. Drive Unit, includes motor, brake, worm speed reducer, spur-gear speed reducer, reel, belt-type safety brake, external control device, internal control device, speed-limit device; which is the primary transmission and the core section of the cage.
4.2 吊笼:是用来在柜顶及活塞间运送维修人员及载货。吊笼内径1000mm,高度1900mm,悬挂在二根直径Φ13mm的提升绳上,钢丝绳的安全系数为24倍,吊笼是自由的没有导轨。 The cage is used for carrying maintenance personnel and cargo. The cage, inside diameter 1000mm, height 1900mm, is hanging in two main ropes with a diameter of Φ13mm for each one. The safe factor of the wire rope is 24 times, and the cage is free and of no rails.
吊笼由光滑钢板制作笼底,笼壁用钢丝网包围,装有滑动的门,并装有带把手的门栓,防止意外的打开,底板下装橡胶缓冲垫,使吊笼降到活塞站台平台成软接触,避免产生冲击火花而引爆。侧面有滑动的木制防护架和导轮,防止吊笼进入站台时产生晃动。吊笼的悬挂是采用带有可转动的狭长扁铁钩环,在那里与吊笼连接。钩环是安全的,活动的悬挂在对吊 笼起平衡作用的摆动杠杆的螺栓上,钩环装有拉紧弹簧,连接到钩环头和摆动杠杆的螺栓上。因此,吊笼在任何位置时,都被紧紧的伸展,在拉紧弹簧的拉紧范围中,随着吊笼牢固的悬挂、拉紧弹簧是被完全拉紧着,用于松散绳的控制装置的控制杆带有控制链垂下来,可以从吊笼内部及从活塞平台操作。
The cage consists of a cage bottom made of smooth steel plate and cage walls surrounded by steel wire. It is equipped with a sliding door, and the bolt with a handle is to prevent accidental opening, the floor board has a rubber cushion to softly contact the cage when it descends to the platform of piston station, so as to avoid impact sparks leading to explosion.
