and a guide pulley, to prevent the cage from shaking when it enters the platform. The cage is hung and connected by a rotating iron shackle that is narrow and flat. The shackle is safe, with the movable suspension part on the swing lever bolt which is to balance the cage. The shackle has a tension spring that connects the shackle head and the bolt of swing lever. Therefore, the cage is tightly stretched in any position. Within the tension range of the tension spring, as the cage in solid suspension and the tension spring fully tightened, the control chain on the lever of the control device for the loose rope hangs down; this makes it possible to operate from inside of the cage and from the piston platform.

4.3 柜顶站台(图2):柜顶站台可以从柜顶通过斜梯进入,站台包括有一个带栏杆的平台,它悬挂在一个支撑结构上,并且支撑在顶环中,它用一个锥形底导筒,及一个伸出齐胸高的筒形导筒,给吊笼装成一个停车罩。站台门外带有一个外部控制杆,并带有一个安全门锁,这个门只有当吊笼已经恰当的停在站台中,以及外部控制杆已经移到“停”的位置时,才能打开;当将这个门闩推回去时,马上就被装在外部控制装置中的一个装置锁住,控制杆不能移动,吊笼也不能做任何移动。

4.3. Cabinet Top Station (Figure 2): Entrance of the cabinet top station is through a ladder from top of the cabinet. The station includes a platform with railings hanging on a support structure and supported in top rings. It uses a conical bottom guide tube and an extended chest-high cylindrical guide tube to form a parking cover of the cage. There is an external control lever with a safety door lock outside of the station. The door will only open when the cage has stopped appropriately in the station, and the external control lever has been pushed to the “Stop” position;

锥形导向筒包括以下几个部分(图3)。

The Conical Guide Tube includes the following items (Figure 3).

4.3.1 在柜顶站台安全门上的铰链处有一可动的滚轮伸入到导向筒,当吊笼进入站台,滚轮就被吊笼下部的一个触动凸块,将其推回,并用一个机械装置将外部控制杆从“上”的位置拉回到“停”的位置,站台门只有当外部控制杆是预先转到“停”的位置时才能打开。

4.3.1. A movable roller at the hinge point of the emergency door of the cabinet top station extends to the guide tube. When the cage enters the station, the roller will be pushed back by a touching block at the bottom of the cage, and pull the external control lever

back to the “Stop” position from the “Up” position by a mechanical device. The station door will only open when the external control lever pre-rotates to the “Stop” position. 4.3.2 采用内部控制杆时,一旦吊笼进入站台,一个对着站台门的凸块就把吊笼的控制杆向“上”推回到“停”的位置。

4.3.2. When using the internal control lever, as the cage enters the station, a block against the platform door will push the control lever back to the “Stop” position from the “Up” position. 4.4 吊笼锁紧装置 4.4. Cage Locking Device

靠一个杠杆将两根支承杆推入柜顶站台的吊笼导向筒装置。这两根杆支承着停车状态的吊笼,使提升绳及传动装置松开。

Two supporting levers are pushed to the cage guide tube device of the cabinet top station by a lever. The two supporting levers will bear the cage in stop status, and loosen the main rope and the transmission device. 4.5 手动紧急驱动

4.5. Manual Emergency Drive

当外部电源停电或因故障不能正常开动时,吊笼可以用一个曲柄把手使之移动,这个把手是插入到电动机尾轴的延伸部分,为防止突然送电,当手柄插入时应先切断电源总开关,手柄取出后将自动开关重新送电。

When the external power is down or fails to operate as normal due to malfunction, the cage can be moved by a crank handle which is inserted into the tail shaft of the motor as an extending part. To avoid sudden transmission of power, the power switch should be cut off first when inserting the handle, and the automatic switch will power on when the handle is removed.

4.6 带式安全制动闸(图4) 4.6. Belt-Type Safety Brake (Figure 4)

带式安全制动闸装在滚筒上,发生以下两种情况时,制动器抱闸停车。

The belt-type safety brake is installed on the roller, and in two cases, the brake would stop the operation.

a.吊笼下降速度超过额定值15%--40%时,限速装置动作,通过杠杆使带式安全制动

闸脱钩施闸;

a. When the descent speed of the cage exceeds 15% to 40% of rated value, the speed limiting device would decouple the safety brake through the lever to stop the operation;

b.自动停车失灵,吊笼超过停车位置150 mm时,停车凸块触动带式安全制动闸杠杆而施闸。

b. When automatic stop fails and the cage goes beyond the parking position 150mm, stop block would touch the lever of belt-type safety brake to stop the operation. 5 电气控制的说明(代电气原理说明书,见图5和电气原理图)

5. Electrical Control Description (to replace Electrical Principle Manual; see figure 5 and Electrical Principle Diagram)

吊笼是通过外部控制杆和内部控制杆进行操作,使相应的开关动作,接通磁力起动器内部的接触器,电动机得电后正、反向转动,实现吊笼的上升或下降。外部控制装置通过外部控制杆的凸块,触动上行开关SOU和下行开关SOD,决定吊笼的运行方向,控制装置上有上、停、下三个位置;内部控制装置及松散绳装置,通过杠杆,推动SIU或SID使吊笼上升和下降。内部控制杆受松散绳装置控制链驱动,外部控制装置和内部控制装置的下行开关触点SOD和SID相互串联,而上行开关触点SOU和SIU是并联的,因此吊笼下降,控制杆必须同时放在“下”的位置,对上升仅需一个开关在“上”的位置。

The cage is operated through the external control lever and the internal control lever that activates the corresponding switch to connect to the contactor of the internal magnetic starter, so that the motor is powered to rotate forward and reversely, as the cage is able to rise and fall correspondingly. The external control device touches the upward switch SOU and the downward switch SOD by the block on the external control lever, and determine the moving direction of the cage. The control device has three positions as Up, Stop and Down; the internal control device and loose rope device pushes SIU or SID by the lever to make the cage rise and fall. The internal control device is driven by the control chain of the loose rope device. The touching point of external control device SOD and that of the internal control device SID are in series connection, while the upward switches SOU and SIU are in parallel connection. Therefore, the control levers have to be in the “Down” position as the cage descends, whereas only one switch has to be in the “Up”

position as the cage rises.

其相互关系如下:

吊笼既可以由外部控制装置也可以由内部控制装置操纵,实现上、下运行。吊笼最终停车:在任何情况下,在两个方向下都可自动停车。

The cage can be operated to move up and down through external control device as well as internal control device. The cage final stop: Under any circumstances, the cage can be stopped in both directions.

用于气柜正常操作的安全方法如下:

The safe method of normal operation of gas tank is as follows:

首先应将内部控制杆永远推到“下”的位置,由站在柜顶站台中的看守人员。用外部控制杆操作使吊笼运行。

First, the internal control lever should be forever pushed to the “Down” position. And the cage should be operated through the external control lever by the guard standing on the cabinet top station. 5.1 正常操作 5.1. Normal Operation

吊笼使用在爆炸环境且用于检修设备,随时有可能产生可燃气体的泄漏而引起爆炸。因此,对于正常操作建议有一个充分熟悉吊笼操作的看守人员,根据呼喊命令用外部控制杆来操作吊笼。

When cage is used in equipment inspection in explosive environment, there could be explosion caused by combustible gas leakage at any time. Therefore, it is recommended

in normal operation there should be a guard who can fully understand the cage operation and will operate the cage with the external control lever according to call command. 5.1.1 如果吊笼是由看守人员操作,松散绳控制器,即吊笼中的内部控制杆永远使之挂在“下”的位置,运动方向是按外部控制杆置放的位置作相应的改变。

5.1.1. When the cage is operated by the guard, the loose rope controller, i.e. the internal control lever in the cage will be forever in the “Down” position. The moving direction is changing with the position of the external control lever accordingly.

5.1.2 如果外部控制杆转到“下”的位置,吊笼即离开柜顶站台,这就使提升绳和控制绳,从卷筒放开,吊笼直达活塞站台后而停止。

5.1.2. When the external control lever is in the “Down” position, the cage will leave the cabinet top station which makes the main rope and control rope release from the reel until the cage reaches the piston station.

5.1.3 吊笼的自动跟踪,随着活塞上升和下降,钩环悬挂件中的拉紧弹簧原是半拉紧的,吊笼下降触及活塞时就进一步放松,控制绳滑轮的配重将这个滑轮由“停”的位置,升起到“上”的位置,卷筒短时上提,提升绳被提起,控制绳往上卷,同时将松散绳滑轮推回到“停”的中心位置,如此往复随活塞上升、下降使吊笼不离开活塞。

5.1.3. The automatic tracking goes with the piston rising and falling. The tension spring as a shackle suspension part was half-tightened and will further loosen as the cage descends and touches the piston. The balance weight of the control rope pulley pulls the pulley to the “Up” position from the “Stop” position. As the reel is pulled up for short time, the main rope is pulled up, the control rope is rolled up, and at the meantime, the loose rope pulley is pushed back to the middle of the “Stop” position. So the cage will not leave the piston as it rises and falls back and forth.

5.1.4 为避免频繁起动,建议柜顶站台的看守人员,用外部控制杆将吊笼升起一定距离,这样吊笼就不受活塞移动的影响,需要时将它降到活塞站台上以便进入,如果活塞上升到停着吊笼位置时,重复5.1.3的动作过程。

5.1.4. To avoid frequent starting, it is recommended a guard should be at the cabinet top station, using the external control lever to raise the cage to a distance, so that the cage will not be affected by the movement of the piston. The cage will descend to the piston station for convenient entrance if necessary. If the piston rises to where the cage stops,
