5.1.5 在人员已经进入吊笼,并对看守人员发出命令之后。看守人员将外部控制杆由“停”的位置移到“上”的位置,吊笼往上升,并自动在柜顶站台停住;在吊笼滑动门外的触动凸块,将门锁的滚轮抬起松开下部锁闭盘,当吊笼停在站台门口时,凸块将外部控制杆拉回到“停”的位置,同时打开上部锁闭盘,打开手动锁杆,门也就能打开,上部锁闭盘就会将外部控制杆拉卡在“停”的位置,站台门不锁,吊笼不能开动。
5.1.5. As persons enter the cage and give orders to the guard, the guard shall move the external control lever to the “Up” position from the “Stop” position. The cage rises and stops at the cabinet top station automatically; the block outside of the sliding door of the cage pulls up the roller on the door lock and loosens the locking plate at the bottom. As the cage stops at the door of the station, the block will pull the external control lever back to the “Stop” position, and in the meantime open the locking plate on the top. Open the locking lever manually, the door shall open. The locking plate on the top will pull and lock the external control lever in the “Stop” position, and the cage cannot move as the station door is unlocked.
5.1.6 在特殊情况下,吊笼也可使用吊笼内部控制装置,经松散绳滑轮来控制,但外部控制杆必须固定在“下”的位置。
5.1.6. Under special circumstances, the cage can be operated by the internal control device through the loose rope pulley, but the external control lever has to be in the “Down” position.
使用内部控制装置能实现吊笼上、下、停,站在活塞站台,将内部控制杆移到“上”的位置,吊笼便可上行到柜顶站台,在吊笼笼体上的一个停车凸块就推动控制杆使松散绳滑轮进入“停”的位置,并松开上部锁闭盘站台门可打开,也可用控制链将吊笼重新降回到活塞站台。
The cage can move upward, downward and stop by using the internal control device. Standing on the piston station, pull the internal control lever to the “Up” position and the cage will move upward to the cabinet top station. As a stop block on the cage body pushes the control lever to make the loose rope pulley enter the “Stop” position and loosen the locking plate on the top, the station door will open. Also, the cage can descend back to the piston station by the control chain.
5.1.7 如果吊笼已在活塞站台,由于错误的操作,外部控制杆放在“停”的位置,吊笼只是随

着活塞上升而移动,如果活塞是往下,则吊笼继续悬在活塞上的空间中,不能被站在活塞上的人用控制链使之拉回。
5.1.7. If the cage is already at the piston station but the external control lever is in the “Stop” position due to faulty operation, the cage will move with the rising of the piston. If the piston moves downward, the cage will be suspended in the space of the piston and not able to be pulled back by the control chain manually.
5.1.8 顶部紧急停车。如果柜顶站台中的正常自动停车失败,吊笼的移动超越正常最大位置,卷筒下部的断开杠杆就被提升绳上的停车凸块触动,使其脱钩,带动制动闸施闸,同时切断总电源。如若重新开动,则用手抬起杠杆,靠吊笼手动紧急驱动装置,使吊笼回到站台门口,重新合上电源开关。
5.1.8. Emergency Stop on the Top. If the automatic stop of the cabinet top station fails and the movement of cage exceeds the maximum of normal position, the disconnected lever at the bottom of the reel will be touched by the stop block of the main rope, decoupled to apply the brake to stop the cage, and in the meantime break the power. If restart the cage, pull up the lever manually, and the cage will be back to the door of the station through the manual emergency driving device, then re-close the power switch.
5.1.9 底部紧急停车。如果活塞站台的正常自动停车失效,不管什么原因,吊笼继续下降,松散绳控制器上的触块将SLP开关打开,切断吊笼下降的回路但回到柜顶站台还是可以的,但必须指出不能停车原因须查清楚处理好方可投入使用。
5.1.9. Emergency Stop at the Bottom. If the automatic stop at the piston station fails, no matter for what reasons, the cage will keep descending. The block of the loose rope controller will open the SPL switch; disconnect the circuit of cage descending. The cage is possible to be back to the cabinet top station but here we have to point it out that the reason for the stop failure has to be checked out before it put into use. 6 安全保护装置
6. Safety Protection Device
6.1 主电路装有空气自动开关3VU1340-0NL00,对电动机做过流和过载保护,同时在电动机回路中安装JR16-20/3D 热继电器做过载保护。
6.1. The main circuit has installed air automatic switch 3VU1340-0NL00, as over current protection and over load protection for the motor. It also has installed JR16-20/3D thermal

relay as over load protection in the motor circuit.
6.2 超速保护:在卷筒上装有限速装置,当吊笼下降速度超过额定值的15%--40%时动作,带动带式安全制动闸施闸,同时切断总电源。
6.2. Over Speed Protection: The reel has installed a speed limiting device. When the cage descends at the speed exceeding 15% to 40% of the rated value, the speed limiting device applies the belt-type brake and shutdown the power in the meantime.
6.3 越程控制:当吊笼超出柜顶站台约150 mm时,凸块触碰切断杠杆,使带式安全制动闸抱闸停车,同时切断总电源开关。
6.3. Over Process Control: When the cage goes beyond the cabinet top station about 150mm, the block touches the disconnected lever to apply the belt-type brake to stop the cage, and shutdown the power in the meantime.
6.4 下行自动停车:下降正常停车失效,卷筒继续转动,提升绳和控制绳不断放松,松散绳控制器的一个凸块触动下行停止开关SLP,使下降停止,但上升还可以进行。
6.4. Downward Automatic Stop: In case the normal stop fails when descending, the reel keeps rolling, the main rope and the control rope loosens continuously, a block of the loose rope controller will move downward to close the switch SLP and stop the descending, while the rising is still operative.
6.5 手动紧急驱动:在电源故障情况下,用电动机尾部的曲柄把手将吊笼升起,防止提升绳和控制绳松散。
6.5. Emergency Driving Manually: In case of power inoperative, the cage can be raised up by the crank handle at the tail part of the motor, in prevention of the main rope and the control rope loosening.
6.6 自动门锁:站台门装有一个自动锁,如果吊笼确实停在导向筒中,外部控制杆在“停”的位置上,上、下锁闭盘松开,站台门可以打开。如果吊笼离开站台,下部锁闭盘将门轴卡住门打不开;站台门打开后,上部锁闭盘将控制杆卡住,吊笼不能开动。
6.6. Automatic Door Lock:: The station door has installed an automatic lock. If the cage actually stops in the guide tube with the external control lever in the “Stop” position, loosen the locking plate of top and bottom, the station door will open. If the cage leaves the station, the door will get stuck by the bottom locking plate and will not open; Once the station door opens, the control lever will get stuck by the locking plate at the top and the

cage will not open.
