8 检查及维修制度

8. Inspection and Maintenance System

吊笼系属机电合一较复杂的提升设备,系统机械化程度较高。因此,系统应经常处于无故障状态,为确保设备安全运行,要经常进行检查和润滑工作,对设备检修时要将总电源开关切断,并挂上标示牌“有人工作,禁止合闸”。

The cage is complex lifting equipment as a mechanical and electrical integration, with high system mechanization. Therefore, the system should be of no faults normally. To ensure the equipment in safe operation, the regular inspection and lubricating are necessary. When the equipment is in maintenance, the master power should be cut off, and a warning placard “No Switching On” should be placed where the switch is disconnected. 8.1 检查项目 8.1. Inspection Items

8.1.1 每年至少六次对系统的运行情况和机械装置的工作检查。

8.1.1. The inspection of operation situation and mechanical devices should be no less than 6 times.

8.1.2 传动齿轮、油位、换油,启动之后三个月,此后每年一次;当油发热时将油完全排掉,将油箱冲洗干净,重新注油达油标记处。

8.1.2. Inspect the transmission gear, oil level, oil change after 3 months since the start, and once a year thereafter;

8.1.3 拖动电动机和传动装置间的制动器闸瓦与制动轮的间隙应不大于0.7mm。

8.1.3. The distance between the brake shoe and brake wheel of the drive motor and transmission device should be no more than 0.7mm. 8.1.4 带式安全制动闸的闸带、连杆是否灵活有无卡阻。

8.2.1 定期检查提升绳在卷筒上应有1~1.5圈备用数量,但最少不得少于1/2圈,如果达不到要求应及时更换。

8.2.1. Check that the spare quantity of the main rope in the reel should be 1~1.5 circles, and no less than 1/2 circle. If the requirement is not met, replace it in time. 8.2.2 绳子的最坏部分出现缺陷,一股中有六根以上的钢丝断裂则必须更换。

8.2.2. If the worst part of the rope has deficiency, i.e. more than 6 wires in one strand crack, the replacement is then required.

8.2.3 如果钢丝绳出现锈蚀就意味着已坏,则必须更换,更换时应两根绳同时更换。 8.2.3. The wire rope damages if there’s rust, and has to be replaced. The two ropes have to be replaced at the same time.

8.2.4 经常保持摆动插轴的润滑,使其接近水平,或调整提升绳。

8.2.4. Keep the swing inserted shaft lubricated, and make it in parallel level or adjust the main rope.

8.2.5 对控制绳检查应每月将吊笼在空载满载的情况下,在全行程内(柜中0m3气体)开动行走检查,是否控制绳长度和提升绳长度关系,由于不同程度的伸长有所改变,这项工作在

较频繁工作前应经常检查,控制绳是在吊笼中内部控制杆上方的绳扣和套筒处调整,备用长度为1m,多余部分剪掉,剩余部分包着套筒,使其不成圈,最多高出套筒800mm。 8.2.5. Check the control rope as follows: under the circumstances of no load and full load, start the operating tests in the whole stroke (with air volume of 0 m3 in the cabinet) to see whether the length relations between the control rope and the main rope changes with the different extensions. This should be done many times before it is used in operation frequently. The control rope should be adjusted at the rope buckle and sleeve above the internal control lever in the cage. The spare length should be 1m. Cut down the extra part. The remaining part wraps up the sleeve, not to make it a circle, and be 800mm higher than the sleeve at most.

8.2.6 在“下”行程检查松散绳滑轮,滑轮的垂直移动最大超过下部停车位置30~40mm,否则控制绳要拉紧。

8.2.6. Check the loose rope pulley in downward movement. The vertical movement of the pulley exceeds the bottom stop position 30~40mm at most, otherwise, tighten the control rope.

8.2.7 在“下”行程检查吊笼中的控制绳,检查是在吊笼乘坐1人或满载情况下,在吊笼整个行程内进行,将内控制杆推到松散绳滑轮停的位置,检查时弹簧必须被拉紧,注意控制杆上的凹槽位置,对吊笼上的引导板的关系,凹槽的允许下移误差最大为30~40mm,如果超过尺寸,应将控制绳相应的拉紧,往上方向的误差直到90mm可由上述缓冲弹簧予以补偿,但只能在控制绳上增加适当的推力(最大100N),此种方法不应过多使用。如果控制绳断裂,提升绳控制器自动啮合“上” 行程。

8.2.7. Check the control rope in the cage in downward movement. Under the circumstances of carrying 1 person, check within the whole stroke of the cage. Push the internal control lever to the position where the loose rope pulley stops. The spring must be tightened during the check. Pay attention to the relations between the fillister part on the control lever and the guide plate of the cage. The allowable downward error of the fillister is 30~40mm at most. If exceeding the value mentioned, tighten the control rope accordingly. The upward error can be compensated by buffer spring mentioned above till it reaches 90mm, but appropriate thrust can only be added on the control rope (maximum of 100N). This method should not be used too much. If the control rope cracks, the main

rope controller will automatically engage “Up” stroke.

8.2.8 定期检查控制链,在最大和最小活塞位置时,是否链子无故障的进入活塞站台的链箱,控制链应经常保持轻度的润滑并容易落下。

8.2.8. Regularly check the control chain. In the maximum and minimum piston position, whether the chain enters the chain box of the piston station with no fault. The control chain should keep lubricated lightly and be easy to fall down.

8.2.9 绳子的更换。更换绳子时确保新的绳子没有扭曲或大折结,新的绳子卷应当在连续转动的放线盘上放绳,决不允许从躺着的绳卷取出绳子,提升绳的残余扭曲可以从转动的吊笼悬挂件予以补偿,控制绳的残余扭曲应小心的消除。吊笼在活塞最低位置,拆开内部控制杆弹簧垫圈使绳子不扭曲。

8.2.9. Replacement of ropes. Ensure that the new rope has no distortion or big knots. The new rope reel should be released in the payoff that keeps revolving. Taking rope from the lying reel is never allowed. The remaining distortion of the main rope can be compensated from the suspension parts of the cage. The remaining distortion of the control rope should be carefully eliminated. When the cage is in the lowest position of the piston, undo the spring washer of the internal control lever and make the rope not distort. 9 吊笼操作规程

9. Rules of Operation for Cage

因为吊笼是在爆炸场所使用,主要用于维修和检修设备,有可能在爆炸危险气体产生泄漏的情况下进行工作,为确保人身和设备的安全,只允许受过特殊训练的人操作和驾驶吊笼。

As the cage is used in explosion area, and mainly used for equipments maintenance and inspection, there might be explosion hazardous gas leakage during the operation. To ensure in safety of personnel and equipments, only those who have been specially trained can operate and drive the cage.

吊笼最大载荷为250Kg或三个人(包括操作工)。运送的物资绝对不允许超出吊笼的空间,机房必须锁上,钥匙交给被允许进入的人。

The maximum carrying capacity of the cage is 250Kg or three persons (operator included). The cargo delivered in the cage can never exceed the space of the cage. The machine room has to be locked, and the key should be given to the person who enters. 9.1 准备
