中文摘要
越来越多的企业已经认识到员工培训在现代企业发展中的重要地位,并开始积极探索有效的培训方式和方法,但由于我国的历史传统和企业长期在计划经济体制下形成的人事管理的方式和方法,使国内一些企业的员工培训存在着不少问题,制约了企业发展。做好员工培训的前提条件是做好员工培训需求分析,籍以更富有成效的实施员工培训。现代企业对只有构建并不断完善企业的培训需求体系,才能使培训达到预期的培训效果,从而给员工和企业带来勃勃生机和持续的竞争力,获得不断发展的不竭动力。本文就此问题进行了探讨研究,并努力寻找出了解决问题的方法与途径。

ABSTRACT
More and more enterprises have realized that training is very important in modern society, and they began to search for the effective approaches and ways. However, due to the tradition and the managing ways in the planned economy, there are lots of problems in the training and they also bound the development of the companies. If you want to improve the training effect, you should analyze what the employers need, then you will benefit from it. Modern enterprises should build the improved system of training, they will get the expected effect, not only improve their lasting ability of competition ,but also get the source of developing. This article discuss the peoblem deeply and manage to find out the solution.
