高效课堂中教学管理的重要性研究
摘要
课堂教学管理能力是教师教学能力的重要组成部分,教师的课堂管理水平直接决定着课堂教学的效果与成败。高效的课堂管理能维持课堂教学基本秩序,形成良好的课堂氛围,从而促进课堂教学目标顺利达成。新教师阶段是教师专业发展的起始阶段,任何一名专家型教师都必须经历新任教师阶段。新任教师由于任教时间较短,课堂经验不足,对学生缺乏足够的了解,在课堂管理中常常出现很多问题。因此,新任教师要想更顺利的完成教学任务,胜任教师这个岗位,必须具备一定的课堂管理能力。
现如今,教师的课堂管理上有待提高。例如:有的老师认为时间的利用率高就是高效课堂教学;有的老师认为在课堂中要做到惜时如金,环环相扣;有的教师认为高效课堂中的教学策略就是说教师教学方法要追求多元化;有的教师还会这样评论课堂:认为学生对所学内容的理解和知识掌握的程度作为高效课堂的评价标准。这样一来,就会出现:不给学生吸收知识的时间;这样教学并非拥有教师自身的风格。针对以上出现的问题我们应该这样做:首先,教师做好高效的教学准备环节和教师的个人素质。其次,在教师上课的时候,一定要用感情去讲课,授课时带有激情,由教师的激情去调动学生的激情。第三,与此同时在课堂上教师也要改变教师自身的教学方式。最后,老师应该多用鼓励性言语去鼓励学生。

ABSTRACT
Classroom teaching management ability is an important part of teachers' teaching ability, teachers' classroom management level directly determines the effect of classroom teaching and success or failure. Effective classroom management can maintain the basic order of classroom teaching, form a good classroom atmosphere, so as to promote the success of classroom teaching objectives. The new teacher stage is the initial stage of teacher professional development, any expert teachers must experience the new teacher stage. The new teachers are short of teaching time, lack of classroom experience, lack of adequate understanding of students, there are often many problems in classroom management. Therefore, the new teachers in order to better complete the teaching task, the teacher is competent for this job, must have a certain class management ability.
Nowadays, the teacher's classroom management needs to be improved. For example: some teachers think time utilization is high efficient classroom teaching. Some teachers think in the classroom to do cherish such as gold, interlocking; some teachers think, classroom teaching strategies that teachers teaching methods to pursue diversification; some teachers also will such comments class: think students to learn the content understanding and knowledge to grasp the degree as the evaluation criteria of high class. In this way, it will appear: not to give students the time to absorb knowledge, so that teaching is not a teacher's own style. In view of the above problems we should do: first of all, the teachers do a good job in preparation for the link and the quality of teachers. Secondly, when the teacher in class, we must use the feelings to lectures, teaching with passion, by the teacher's passion to mobilize the enthusiasm of the students. Third, at the same time, teachers should change their teaching methods in the classroom. Finally, teachers should encourage students to use more encouraging words.
