摘要
本篇论文从工程量的清单计价模式入手，对其在应用过程中可能遇到的问题进行研究。中国的建筑市场应该同国际建筑市场接轨，具体表现有中国实行工程量的清单计价模式，对计价进行了改革，将计价行为进一步规范。结合我国的实际状况，分析《清单计价规范》，我们可以知道目前的市场应用性并没有和政策连在一起。由于中国的工程量清单计价模式不完善，不合理的状况时常发生。是以，本篇论文对模式运行过程中出现的问题进行分析，对模式进行完善，使建筑市场能够良好发展。
本篇论文讲解选取这个题材的原因，并结合相关背景说明其意义；对工程量清单计价模式建立的基础进行研究；对清单计价模式进行描述，将和清单计价有关的条例列举出来，对这些条例存在的一系列问题研究；探讨文本有关规定和实际状况的不和谐性；更改不合理的清单计价规范，使之运用在企业中；最后概括本篇论文并且展望我国的工程量计价清单模式今后的发展方向。

This paper starts with the engineering quantity list valuation model, and studies the problems that may be encountered in the application process. China's construction market should be in line with the international construction market, the specific performance of China's implementation of the project quantity list valuation model, the valuation of the reform, the pricing behavior is further standardized. Combined with the actual situation in our country, analysis of the \linked to the policy together. Because of China's engineering quantity list valuation model is not perfect, unreasonable situation often occurs. In this paper, the mode of operation of the problems in the process of analysis, the model is perfect, so that the construction market can be a good development.
This thesis explain reasons of selecting this theme, combined with relevant background to illustrate the significance; of engineering quantity list valuation model based on; of the bill of quantities mode is described, and valuation with bill about the regulations listed, the existence of these Regulations are a series of problems of; of the relevant provisions of the text and the practical status of the harmony of; change the unreasonable code of valuation with bill to use in the enterprise; finally summarized this paper and Prospect of China's engineering quantity valuation list mode in the future direction of development.
