摘 要
随着经济的不断发展和科学技术的不断进步,特别是我国改革开放后,生产力飞速发展,各类建筑如雨后春笋般相继扎根于中华大地的各个角落,然而我国又是一个人口众多的国家,人均建设用地非常匮乏,因此大量住宅楼拔地而起。通过这次对住宅楼的施工组织设计,全面系统的学习框架结构住宅楼的施工组织设计方法和步骤。 毕业设计是土木工程专业本科培养计划中最后的一个主要教学环节,也是最重要的综合性实践教学环节,是对我们大学这四年来所学的知识的一次具体的运用。毕业设计是对大学学习生活的一次检测,其目的就是为了融会贯通我们在各个阶段的学习成果。
本次设计主要是针对西部沿海高速公路月环至南屏支线延长线项目附属区房建工程施工组织设计,本施工组织设计是严格按照工程招标范围和招标文件的要求进行编制。在人员、机械、材料调配、质量要求、进度安排等方面统一部署的原则下,由土建、安装及装修几大专业有机组成。根据本本工程的特点、功能要求,本着对业主资金合理利用,对工程质量的高度责任感,我们的原则是“经济、合理、优质、高效”。

ABSTRACT
With the development of economy and science and technology, especially after China's reform and opening up, the rapid development of productive forces, every corner of all kinds of buildings such as bamboo shoots after a spring rain like have been rooted in the land of China, however, China is a country with a large population, per capita construction land is very scarce, so a large number of residential buildings through. The number of residential building construction organization design, construction organization design methods and steps of learning shear wall structure building a comprehensive system. The graduation design is the civil engineering undergraduate training program in the last one of the main teaching links, but also integrated the most important practical teaching link, is a specific application of our university the four years of knowledge.
The graduation design is a test of university life,its purpose is to integrate us in every phase of the study results. This design is mainly based on the Western Coast Expressway month ring to Nanping Branch Line extension line project affiliated District real construction organization design and the construction organization design is strictly the scope of project bidding and tender documents for the preparation. In personnel, machinery, materials allocation, quality requirements, schedule and so the unified deployment of the principle, by the construction, installation and renovation of several major organic component. According to characteristics of books project, functional requirements, with the purpose of rational utilization of the owners of capital, on the quality of the project high sense of responsibility, our principle is \high quality, high efficiency\
