二、工程概况
2.1总体概况
合肥京东方光电科技有限公司综合配套区工程位于合肥新站综合开发试验区,铜陵北路与礼河路交汇处,本工程共13栋建筑单体,1#-8#楼为8栋职工宿舍,均为11层;9#-10#楼为2栋职工公寓,均为6层;另有活动中心2层(地下1层)、食堂2层(局部3层)及锅炉房1层各一栋。所有建筑单体均为钢筋混凝土框架结构,1#-10#楼、食堂及锅炉房均无地下室,活动中心有一层地下室。总建筑面积约84340m2。
本工程结构形式均为现浇混凝土框架结构,其中9#、10#建筑为异形柱现浇混凝土框架结构。基础形式为:1#-10#楼均为桩承台基础,食堂、活动中心为现浇混凝土独立基础。 2.2混凝土分项工程概况
本工程工期较紧,混凝土浇筑用量大,施工现场场地有限,同时为了减少污染,确定采用商品混凝土,利用地泵和汽车泵配合进行混凝土的浇筑。 混凝土强度等级详见下表:

3.1混凝土浇筑方案的选择
本工程混凝土采用商品混凝土,采用地泵、汽车泵与塔吊配合进行混凝土浇筑。
3.2施工流水段的划分
本工程共分为两个施工区域:一、 1#-4#楼、食堂及活动中心部分;二、5#-10#楼部分。这两部分分别由两个施工队伍同时进行施工。由于本工程工期较紧,结
