微量泵入硝普钠对血管内皮损伤的研究

目的:血管内皮是保护血管形态和功能的一层生理性屏障,也是机体最大

的内分泌、旁分泌组织系统。内皮细胞所分泌的血管活性物质包括:内皮素-1(ET-1)、细胞间黏附分子(ICAM),一氧化氮(NO)、内皮衍生超极化因

子(EDHF)等等。硝普钠是一种常见血管扩张剂,但硝普钠的毒副作用和不

良反应目前研究较少见,作为血管扩张常用药,诸多临床试验表明其对血

管内皮细胞具有损伤作用。

方法:本研究在以大量硝普钠临床用药观察记录为研究依据。运用数理统

计学处理:结果统计采用SPSS11.0统计软件分析,数据均采用X±S表示,

组间差异用单因素方差分析,差异显著者用SNK-q检验进行比较。P<0.05

为差异有统计学意义。

结果:研究发现,硝普钠对人血管平滑肌细胞合成胶原的抑制作用,抑制

白介素-1诱导血管内皮细胞粘附分子-1的表达,对血管平滑肌钙激活钾通道具有影响,对血小板聚集有一定抑制作用。

结论:硝普钠对血管内皮有损伤作用。

二、英文摘要 ABSTRACT

Objective: Vascular endothelial layer of physiological barrier to protect the vascular morphology and function, but also the body's largest endocrine, paracrine organization system. Vasoactive substances secreted by the endothelial cells include: endothelin -1 (ET-1), intercellular adhesion molecule (ICAM), nitric oxide (NO), endothelium-derived hyperpolarization factor (EDHF). Nitroprusside is a common vasodilator, sodium nitroprusside side effects and adverse reactions of the present study is less common, as the blood vessels to dilate commonly used drugs, many clinical trials show that its injury-role of vascular endothelial cells.

Methods: In this study, in a study based on a large number of the sodium nitroprusside clinical medication observation record. Use Statistical analysis: The results of mathematical statistics using SPSS11.0 statistical software analysis, data are ± S, the difference between the groups with one-way ANOVA, varied significantly by SNK-q test comparison. P <0.05 was considered statistically significant.

Results: The study found that sodium nitroprusside inhibition of human vascular smooth muscle cells and collagen synthesis, inhibition of interleukin-1-induced vascular endothelial cell adhesion molecule-1 expression in vascular smooth muscle

calcium-activated potassium channels that have an impact on certain inhibitory effect on platelet aggregation.

Conclusion: Sodium nitroprusside on vascular endothelial damage.
