摘 要
复方醋酸地塞米松乳膏具有抗炎、抗变态反应及止痒作用,消炎快,止痒迅速,抗过敏作用强。硝酸咪康唑为广谱抗真菌药,对皮真菌、念珠菌、醇母菌及其它藻类、子囊菌、隐球菌等具有抑制和杀灭作用,对革兰氏阳性球菌和杆菌也有很强的抗菌力。采用紫外分光光度法测定复方醋酸地塞米松乳膏中醋酸地塞米松含量,制备硝酸咪康唑标准曲线。将硝酸咪康唑对照品按不同比例加入复方醋酸地塞米松乳膏中,在常温下测定吸光度,选择醋酸地塞米松含量状况最佳的配伍比例,在0℃、10℃、20℃、30℃下,分别在1h、2h、3h、4h测定配伍后的吸光度变化,考察温度和时间对醋酸地塞米松含量的影响。结果醋酸地塞米松含量平均值为0.7506mg/g,RSD为0.28%,醋酸地塞米松吸光度随配伍温度升高而增加,在配伍后3h醋酸地塞米松和硝酸咪康唑的吸光度基本不变。

Abstract
Compound dexamethasone acetate cream has anti-inflammatory, anti-allergic and antipru- ritic effect, anti-inflammatory faster Anti-pruritic rapid, strong anti-allergic effect. For broad- spectrum antifungal agents miconazole nitrate on the skin fungi, Candida albicans, bacteria and other alcohol mother algae, ascomycetes, Cryptococcus, such as the role of suppression and kil- ling of Gram-positive cocci and bacilli have a strong anti-bacterial power. UV Spectrophotome- tric Determination of dexamethasone acetate compound dexamethasone acetate cream content, preparation of miconazole nitrate standard curve. Miconazole nitrate reference substance by ad- ding different proportions of compound dexamethasone acetate cream, at room temperature, ab- sorbance measured, dexamethasone acetate content to choose the best combination ratio of the situation in the 0℃,10℃,20℃,30℃, the difference in the 1h, 2h, 3h, 4h after the determination of compatibility of the absorbance changes in temperature and time on study dexamethasone acetate content. Dexamethasone acetate content of the results of the average of 0.7506mg / g, RSD 0.28%, dexamethasone acetate absorption combined with the temperature increase in the combined dexamethasone acetate after 3h and the Miconazole Nitrate absorbance will remain basically unchanged.
