浅谈形体语言在酒店服务中的运用
摘要 ：酒店的利益并不仅仅来源于商务礼仪，但是商务礼仪是给酒店带来利益的重要原因，而这种商务礼仪，主要就是指酒店员工在服务中用形体语言表现出来的一些对客人的尊重和体贴。当前，酒店业的竞争实质就是酒店服务质量的竞争。一个酒店的生存与发展靠的是向宾客提供全方位的优质服务。在酒店硬件设施相同的情况下，影响酒店优质服务的主要因素是服务意识与服务态度。而形体语言正是这种服务意识与服务态度的有形化呈现。所以本文通过对于形体语言内涵的陈述、形体语言的形式以及它的实际运用及面临的问题作了研究，从而可以对酒店形体语言的应用有积极的意义，并为酒店创造更多的经济利益。
