摘 要
我国铁路发展物流业具有如下优势:基础设施资源雄厚、市场空间大以及配送便利等,同时铁路发展物流业也存在一些棘手的问题,如完善的运输市场带来的挑战,思想观念陈旧,物流发展和服务相对滞后,资金投入不足等,针对这些问题,本文提出了相应的对策。

Abstract
Abstract: Firstly, the advantages that railway transportation enterprises turn to logistics are talked about deeply. Such as good basic facility, broud market space and easy distritution. Secondly, some problems that bring challenges to logistics of railway transportation enterprises, such as the challege of good transportation market, the old thinking and backward development of logistics, etc. Thirdly, according to these difficulties, some countermeasures are put forward.

前 言
随着经济全球化和信息技术的迅速发展,企业生产资料的获取与产品销售范围日趋扩大,社会生产、物资流通、商品交易及其管理方式正经历着剧烈的变革。与此相适应,被普遍认为企业在降低物质消耗、提高劳动生产率以外的“第三利润源”的现代物流业正在世界范围内兴起。现代物流泛指原材料、制成品从起点至终点及相关信息有效流动的全过程,是将运输、仓储、装卸、加工、整理、配送、信息等方面有机结合,为用户提供多功能、一体化的综合性服务。我国已初步形成公路、铁路、民航、水路、管道多种方式构成的运输体系,这些为我国物流业的发展提供了坚实的物质基础。在这些运输方式中,铁路是大宗物资、长距离运输的主要方式,铁路运输以其运能大、成本低、全天候和安全、节能、污染少等优势,成为我国运输体系的骨干和中坚,对发展物流业有着其他行业无可比拟的有利条件。
最近铁道部又提出跨越式发展的战略部署,提出了“客车要提速、货车要重载、物流要门到门”的“以人为本”的“无缝隙运输”发展思路,为铁路运输物流化提供了新的发展契机。尤其是铁路运输生产布局的调整,大量货场、站台、仓库及装卸机具等的开发利用,使发展物流业所需要的基本设施进一步完善,铁路物流必将在现代物流体系中扮演重要的角色。
