第10章 设计中存在的问题以及解决方案
10.1结论
由于自己在选修模块时没有选修模具，所以注塑模具对我来说是一个新的知识，在本次的毕业设计中，首先大量的查找资料和文献，了解模具设计的一般流程，然后根据流程设计了一个生活中比较常见的双头卷笔刀的注塑模具，并对所设计的模具进行了各中数据的计算，尽可能的达到最好，在产品的设计过程中，利用了PROE、CAD制图软件。 10.2不足之处及未来展望
通过本次论文的设计，加强了我对模具知识的掌握，使我的专业知识宽度有了一定的增加，同时了解了目前工业生产中模具重要性，设计过程中也遇到过不少问题，例如对软件的一些功能不怎么熟悉，需要自己去慢慢摸索，边学边做。因为这样，印象特别深刻，掌握得很牢固。本次毕业设计让我懂得了只要自己有好学的精神不断探索，一切都可以做的更好，总之，我在此次毕业设计中学习了很多很多。

Abstract:Plastic parts, injection molding production molding high efficiency, cycle is short, accurate but molding complex shape, size or products with embedded parts. In this paper, the daily life of people often use the structure of the clothing clip cover is analyzed and the production and processing to carry on the design of injection mold. In the structure of the mould design, the main contents include: the mold parting surface selection, mainstream way, distributary channel and cooling water pipe design and layout of ejection mechanism and an important part of a guide institutions such as mold design and calculation. Then using PROE software and AutoCAD software to draw the three-dimensional structure of the die and the 2 d assembly drawing, and the processing craft to carry on the design of molding parts, so can make my design can more good applications in actual production, make a line processing personnel more straightforward, make its
master processing point.
