摘 要
本毕业设计题目是青岛××宾馆建筑及结构设计,该宾馆的总建筑面积大约是5469.984平方米,共6层,建筑高度为23.4米。该宾馆采用的主体是框架结构,柱子是主要的承重构件,结构形式强度较高、刚度较大、整体性能好。
建筑设计是在总体规划的前提下,考虑基地的地理位置、房间的使用功能、建筑的外观设计、建筑的经济情况等问题,按照相关的规范,合理的进行建筑物的平面设计、立面设计、以及相关部位的剖面设计,着重解决建筑物的重要细部结构,使得建筑物做到适用、经济、美观。
结构设计主要根据建筑设计的可行的方案,进行建筑的相关设计,具体计算包括:框架梁、柱、板截面尺寸的确定;荷载的计算;框架侧移刚度的计算;框架侧移刚度的计算;
横向水平荷载作用下的框架内力计算;横向水平荷载作用下的框架内力计算横
向水平荷载作用下的框架内力计算;竖向荷载作用下的框架内力计算;配筋计算;框架的基础计算。
在建筑设计和结构设计分工与合作下,整体的建筑得到了呈现。各个方面的结合最终构成一个完整建筑物的施工依据。

1.1 工程名称
青岛××宾馆建筑及结构设计
1.2 工程概况
本工程建设地点位于青岛市市南区,耐火等级为二级,抗震设防裂度为6度(0.10g), 屋面防水等级为二级,设计使用年限:50年。建筑物占地面积为6452.784平方米 ,总建筑面积为:5469.984平方米,建筑物高度为23.4米,主要结构形式为现浇钢筋混凝土框架结构,柱下独立柱基础,蒸压粉煤灰加气混凝土砌块为填充墙。建筑一共分为6层,1-2层根据宾馆的使用要求设有接待厅、超市、餐厅、健身房、咖啡厅等,3-6楼为客房层,根据使用人数的情况分为单人间、双人间、三人间和四人间,单人间和双人间设有单独的卫生间,其余使用公共卫生间。
