三、冲沙测试指引 1.0、目的
建立此标准，以评估涂层在产品表面上的附着力。 2.0、范围
2.1、所有产品或配件之涂层面面积为1/8\1/8\或更小。 2.2、涂层表面高、低不平或不规则。 3.0、样办数量 最少15件/套 4.0、测试设备
4.1、冲沙磨擦漏斗；
4.2、指定测试用的沙(600μm≤尺寸≤850μm，可利用次数50次)； 4.3、量杯； 4.4、钢直尺；
5.0、程序
5.1、放入1公升沙（指定试验用的沙）在漏斗内。
5.2、将试验件的涂层表面倾斜45度确及距离管咀1英寸（见图FIGURE1）
5.3、打开开关制，沙从管道冲下撞去涂层表面直至流完1公升沙为至（1公升沙流动速度在11±1秒内完成）。 5.4、检查样办有无脱油现象。 5.5、重复5.1至5.4一次。 6.0、评定：
6.1.1、1公升沙冲下后见底色评定为：MAJOR 6.2.2、2公升沙冲下后见底色评定为：MINOR 7.0、图示：
四、冒油测试指引 1.0、目的
建立此标准，以评估PVC产品在高温环境下冒油所带来的危险。 2.0、范围 所有PVC产品。 3.0、仪器/设备
3.1、能维持温度在57±3°C的烤炉。 3.2、T/C白布或纯棉白布。 4.0、程序
4.1、将样办PVC胶件用白布包紧。 4.2、放入57±3°C的烤炉中存放48小时。
4.3、将样办取出放入室温（23±2°C）的环境下存放4小时。 4.4、将白布除下检查有无染色
4.5、若客户有特别要求，按客户要求测试。 5.0、评定
白布上染有PVC油则视为不合格。
