Abstract:
In industrial and agricultural production, the drying technology has been widely used, but the research progress of this guide is very slow. The traditional air drying method has no longer applies modern production, and to guarantee the quality of dry, dry technology research in the food processing industry has involves various products, the main methods are: mechanical dry, physical chemistry dry, hot air drying, vacuum drying, freeze drying, medium contact drying, radiation dry, etc.
The design of the dryer is six sections fan, air dryer by setting each segment of temperature and drying time, the optimal design parameters, and get the best effect. Based on the existing drying equipment, and by adjusting the steam source and fan system to control the temperature, and by adjusting the length of the belt transmission control each segment of the drying time, through the control of transmission speed to realize fans dry.
