年产10万吨液态奶生产厂的设计
摘 要
本设计是年产10万吨液态奶的生产厂的设计。
首先,根据国内外市场资源和动态,结合产品自身特点,提出建厂设计说明书;其次,确定产品方案并进行物料恒算,同时进行工艺设计,根据工艺要求和计算结果进行设备选型,选型要符合设备选型原则;再次,对厂区平面布置进行设计,对各生产工序进行劳动力计算,进行劳动定员;另外,对生产车间进行水、电、汽的估算。最后,本设计还做了必要的技术经济分析,通过AutoCAD表现食品工厂设计布局,绘制生产车间平面图、工艺流程图。

Annual production capacity of 100,000 tons of liquid milk production plants are designed
Abstract
The design for a dairy plant with processing 100,000 tons liquid milk per year.
