基于FPGA的三电平空间矢量脉宽调制的研究

摘要

目前,我国面临着严重资源短缺的问题,电能也是其中之一。中、高压大容量电动机对电能的需求是最大的,同样浪费的电能也是最多的。研究适合于中高压的变频调速的技术,不仅能创造很好的经济效益也减少了对自然环境的污染。国外的中高压大容量的变频理论的研究比国内的要早的很多,而且技术比较成熟。我国对于该领域的研究方兴未艾,国外的产品占据着主要的国内市场,因此,研发出性能优越的中高压变频产品,具有显著的实际价值和重大的研究意义。

在中高压大容量变频调速的促使下,多电平技术在电能变换上备受人们的关注。多电平逆变器的直流母线电压均分成多份后,通过开关状态的组合,使输出电压的谐波含量低、功率元器件承受开关频率与关断电压降低了。本文选用了FPGA来实现60°坐标系下的空间矢量控制的算法,电路拓扑结构选取了三电平二极管钳位式。

论文介绍了传统三电平空间矢量算法和60°坐标系下三电平空间矢量算法的原理,尤其是60°三电平空间矢量算法。通过对3个基本矢量的开关状态函数根的个数的利用,简化基本矢量作用次序和作用时间的分配。在理论分析的基础上,对两种算法进行Matlab\\Sim- -ulink 仿真。

本文选用实现三电平空间矢量系统主控芯片为Cyclone II系列FPGA,介绍了基于Quartus II开发软件设计流程及方法。分析了60°坐标系下的三电平空间矢量算法的软件设计方法,把整个算法按照自下而上的设计方法分成了若干模块,用Verilog HDL语言设计各个模块。

在理论研究和仿真的基础上,设计了60°坐标系下的三电平空间矢量逆变器硬件的电路。试验样机在给定的条件下的进行上电运行,试验结果表明样机输出的驱动波形和电压波形达到了设计的要求。

Abstract

China is facing a serious problem of shortage of resources, electric power is one of them.In the motor, the middle or high-voltage large ca--pacity motor demand for power is the largest, and the wasted energy is also the most.Develope the middle or high-voltage large frequency control technology, not only can create good economic benefits, but also to reduce the pollution of the natural environment.In other countries, the high-voltage large-capacity inverter theory time is earlier than domestic, and the technology is more mature.In recent years, our research in this area has just begin,foreign products occupy the domestic market, therefore, developed a superior performance in high-voltage frequency conversion products, has obvious practical value and significance of the study.

The middle or high-voltage large frequency control technology has made people take more attention about the multi-level technology in the power conversion.DC bus voltage of multi-level inverter is average divided into several,then the harmonic content of the output voltage is reduced, the switching frequency and the turn-off voltage of the power components are also reduced.The papers has selected the FPGA to implement the coordinates 60°space vector control algorithm, The diode clamp-type three-level inverter (NPC) is selected.

This paper introduces the principle of the traditional three-level space vector algorithm and 60°coordinate system of three-level space vector algorithm,especially the 60°coordinate system of three-level space vector algorithm.To estimate the type of each basic vector by the number of root of a function of the switch state of the three basic vector.there is no need to estimate big the big sectors and the complex distribution of The action time of the basic vector,reduce the calculating burden.On the basis of theoretical analysis, two algorithms has been simulated by Matlab \\ simulink .In paper, the Cyclone II family FPGA as a master chip has been used to achieve the three-level space vector system,then design processes and methods development software of Quartus II have been described.the software design method of three-level space vector algorithm of 60°coordinate system has been

analyzed,the algorithm has been divided into a number of modules in accordance with the design of bottom-up method,used Verilog HDL to design each of module.

On the basis of theoretical research and simulation, the hardware circuit of the three-level inverter has been designed. under a given condition,Experimental prototype has been run in the electrical conditions,and the experimental results have shown that the prototype output drive waveform and the voltage waveform reached the design requirements.
