Abstract：Small and medium-sized enterprises in our country is the main force of the development of the national economy, in the economic growth in China and expand employment has played an extremely important role. Because of the economic system, the financial crisis after the influence of factors, the main using debt financing to raise money and debt management, easy with the great business risk. As such harm risk bigger, in this paper the medium and small enterprises in China debt financing risk causes and measure method based on analysis, this paper puts forward the measures of preventing risks, remind small and medium-sized enterprise pay more attention to debt financing risk prevention and control, give full play to the small and medium enterprise in the positive role of the national economy.
