110(66)kV~500kV油浸式变压器(电抗器)技术标准
1 总则 1.1 目的
为适应电网的发展要求,加强变压器(电抗器)技术管理,保证变压器(电抗器)的安全可靠运行,并符合环保和节能的要求,特制定本技术标准。 1.2 依据
本标准是依据国家、行业和国际有关标准、规程和规范,并结合近年来国家电网公司输变电设备评估分析、生产运行情况分析以及设备现场运行经验制定。 1.3 内容
本标准对变压器(电抗器)设备的设计选型(运行选用)、订货、监造、出厂验收、包装运输、现场安装和现场验收等环节提出了具体的技术要求。 1.4 适用范围
本标准适用于国家电网公司系统的110(66)kV~500kV油浸式变压器(电抗器)和35kV油浸式并联电抗器。35kV油浸式变压器可参照执行。 1.5 变压器的安全可靠和环保节能
110(66)kV~500kV电压等级的变压器是电网的重要设备,变压器的安全可靠直接关系到电网的安全稳定运行。应优先采用设计及制造经验成熟、结构简单可靠和经过运行考验的变压器。在保证变压器安全可靠的前提下,降低噪声和损耗以及节省投资也是变压器选用中应注意的重要问题。
变压器采用的组、部件和材料质量,与变压器的性能关系密切。应对套管、分接开关、冷却器(散热器)、硅钢片、导线和绝缘材料等重要组、部件和材料的性能提出要求。变压器制造厂应对所采用的全部组、部件和材料的质量负责。 1.6 变压器型式 1.6.1 三相和单相型式
110(66)kV~330kV 电压等级变压器一般采用三相共体式,500kV电压等级变压器受运输条件的限制多采用单相式。三相共体变压器比单相变压器在节省材料和降低损耗方面有一定优势,但制造难度增加,因此选用三相共体的500kV变压器时,要特别注意制造厂的制造水平和经验。 1.6.2 芯式和壳式结构
变压器(电抗器)一般采用芯式结构,500(330)kV变压器或电抗器也可采用壳式结构。考虑到部分500kV壳式变压器在运行10年后出现油流放电故障的实际情况,在进一步总结制造和运行经验教训的同时,目前阶段如选用壳式变压器,宜采用非强迫油循环冷却方
