交流电机无速度传感器控制研究(2)

摘要

随着电力电子技术的进步,计算机技术的飞跃发展,以此为基础的交流电机调速技术也取得了长足的进步,交流电机的无速度传感器矢量控制技术作为现代交流传动控制的一个重要研究方向,逐渐成为研究的热点。

本文就异步电动机无速度传感器矢量控制这一热点技术展开研究。论文首先对近年来交流电机控制技术的发展进行了综述,归纳并比较了各种控制策略的优缺点。然后介绍了不同坐标系下异步电动机的数学模型,主要包括三相系下异步电动机的数学模型和两相系下异步电动机的数学模型,阐述了矢量控制基本原理、坐标变换,基于转子磁链定向进行了电流环,转速环和磁链环的工程设计,利用异步电动机的数学模型,通过电压、电流和磁链方程推导出转速估计的表达式,对估算转速和转差进行估算,实现了异步电动机的无速度传感器矢量控制。最后,建立了基于Matlab软件中Simulink模块的仿真平台,对所设计的PI控制环进行了验证,确定了控制环的参数。

Abstract

With the dramatic development of electronic technology and computer science, the speed regulation technology of alternating current machine based on them has made considerable progress. The speed- sensorless vector control of induction motor has become a focus gradually as an important approach direction in modern alternating, current machine control.

Speed-sensorless vector control strategies of induction motor are studied in this thesis. Firstly, research for control strategies of alternating, current induction motor in recent years was introduced, and the advantages and disadvantages of different strategies were compared. Based on the theory of electromagnetism field, the mathematical model building of alternating, current induction motor is educed in different coordinates, including the model in 3-phase coordinate and the model in 2-phase coordinates. And the principle of vector control and coordinate conversion is also presented; based on rotor flux orientation for the current loop, speed loop and magnetic link of engineering design, the use of the mathematical model of asynchronous motor, through the voltage, current and flux linkage equations of speed estimation is deduced expressions, to estimate the estimation speed and slip, realize the asynchronous motor speed sensorless vector control.Finally, the simulation platform in module Simulink of Matlab software platform is set up to confirm the validity of the designed PI control loop parameters.
