摘 要
煤矿的安全生产中,矿井通风系统起着极其重要的作用,它是煤矿安全生产的关键环节。而矿井通风机又是矿井通风系统的主要设备之一,因此对其进行PLC控制的变频调速系统的设计和研究,不仅可以大大提高煤矿生产的机械化、自动化水平,还能节省大量的电能,具有较高的经济效益。
煤矿主通风机监控系统主要包括风机性能检测和风机风量调节控制两部分。本文以一台矿用对旋轴流风机为控制对象,结合PLC控制技术、变频调速技术和组态监控技术,对矿井通风机进行了PLC控制的状态监测和变频调速的设计和研究。
监控系统采用上位机加下位机的设计模式。下位机采用可靠性高的可编程逻辑控制器,通过各种传感器和电量采集单元实时监测通风机的性能参数和状态参数、电机的电气参数并能实现远程通讯。上位机应用北京亚控科技公司开发的KINGVIEW6.52组态软件编写人机界面,将风机工作流程以直观的画面显示出来,实现数据采集和显示、关键数据的记录和报警、生产数据的存储和报表输出、为操作员提供良好的操作界面,完成了风机房的无人值守自动化监控和管理的设计和改造。
在变风量系统中,主要比较了风门调节与变频调节,显示出了变频调节系统不仅能使风机工作在高效区,并且其节能效果要优于其它调节方法,具有很重要的应用前景。风机调节控制由PLC+变频器控制电机转速实现风量控制。同时本文还研究了风量调节的算法。

Abstract
In the process of coal mine safety production.The mine ventilator is one of the main equipment of mine ventilation system, thus to variable frequency speed control system of PLC control design and research, not only can greatly improve the level of mechanization and automation of production in coal mine, still can save a lot of electricity, has high economic benefit.
Mainly include the monitoring and control system for coal mine main ventilator performance test fan and fan air volume adjustment control two parts.In this paper, a mine for screw axial flow fan as control object, and combining with PLC control technology and frequency conversion speed regulation technology and configuration monitoring technology, PLC control for mine fan design and research of condition monitoring and frequency control of motor speed.
Monitoring system consists of upper machine and lower machine design patterns.Under a machine adopts high reliability of the programmable logic controller, through a variety of sensors and power acquisition unit for real-time monitoring the ventilator's performance parameters and status parameters and electrical parameters of the motor and can realize remote communication.PC application of Beijing and control technology development KINGVIEW6.52 configuration software to write the man-machine interface, the fan working process in the form of intuitive screen display, data acquisition and display, key data record and alarm, data storage and report output production, to provide good interface to the operator, completed the wind room unattended automation monitoring and management of the design and transformation.
In a variable air volume system, mainly compares the damper adjustment and frequency conversion adjustment, show that the inverter control system can not only make the fan work in high efficient area, and its energy saving effect is better than other adjustment methods, has the very important application prospect.Fan regulation control motor speed is controlled by PLC + inverter air volume control.At the same time, this paper also studied the air volume adjustment algorithm..
