摘 要
DM7140机床采用普通煤油电火花加工后的工件,表面质量较差,有一层厚度不均匀、含有较多微观裂纹和残余拉应力的白层,降低了加工表面的疲劳强度,用于模具生产时严重影响了模具的使用寿命,必须进行抛光等后续的处理工序。另外,电火花加工面积较大时,加工过程往往不稳定,对机床和待加工件都有不良的影响。
由于现在混粉电火花加工这一新技术的快速发展,同时对这种混粉加工液的循环过滤使用提出了更高的要求,实现混粉电火花加工的技术关键是混粉工作液系统的研制。混粉工作液必须有与之配套的过滤装置,才能保证混粉电火花加工的实现。
该循环处理系统可以实现:
1、混粉电火花加工时,可分离出混粉工作液中80%以上的加工渣,实现混粉加 工在线除渣。
2、更换混粉工作液或从混粉加工向普通加工转换时,可分离粉末添加剂和加工 渣,实现工作液的再次利用。
3、普通电火花加工时,可将加工渣从工作液中分离,实现普通工作液在线除渣。 关键词:DM7140;工作液;循环过滤;

Abstract
Serious DM7140 machine ordinary kerosene EDM workpiece surface quality is poor, uneven layer thickness of white layer contains more micro-cracks and residual tensile stress reduces the fatigue strength of the machined surface for the mold productionaffect the life of the mold, the need for subsequent polishing and other treatment processes.In addition, the larger EDM machining process often unstable, machine tools and to be processed, have adverse impact.
The key technology of this powder mixed working fluid circulation and filtering due to the rapid development of this new technology of powder mixed EDM higher demands on powder mixed EDM is a powder mixed working fluid systemDevelopment.The mixed powder, the working fluid must have a complete set of filtering device, in order to ensure the realization of powder mixed EDM.
The circulation of the fluid handling system can be achieved:
1.Mixing powder EDM, detachable powder mixed working fluid for more than 80% of the processing slag, mixing powder plus work online slag removal.
2.Replacement powder mixed fluid or converted from a mixed powder processing to ordinary processing, detachable powder additives and processingslag, the working fluid used again. 3.Ordinary EDM processing residue separated from the working fluid to achieve a common working fluid deslagging.
