摘 要

ABSTRACT
financial risk management is one kind has the plan, to control the business finance or the fund activity behavior organized. Its goal lies in causes the adverse effect which because the SME each kind of risk causes to drop to lowly, guaranteed that the enterprise can achieve its given objective smoothly, and maintains its develop power. The financial risk objective existence in SME financial control work's each link, has had the major impact on enterprise's production operation. Along with market economy's fast development, the economic environment change which the enterprise faces is getting quicker and quicker, is also getting more and more complex, the enterprise manages the financial risk enlarges gradually . Therefore, conducts the research to the financial risk origin and the guard, reduces the risk, to raise the benefit, has the very vital significance. This article has first analyzed the business finance risk recognition, carries on the analysis to the financial risk, and elaborated the SME financial risk management's correlation theories, then through to a business finance risk management present situation's diagnosis, discovered SME question which and reason exists in the financial risk management aspect. In view of these questions, this article utilizes the financial control, statistics and so on related theory and the method, unifies these enterprises regarding the financial risk management aspect request
