摘 要
电控燃油供给系统作为汽车的核心组成部分,其性能的好坏直接影响到汽车的动力性、经济性、可靠性、安全性、排放净化和舒适性。由于发动机在工作中各种机件的磨损,汽油中胶质的堵塞,空气中灰尘的污染以及日常的维护保养不当,都会使汽油机燃料供给系统出现各种各样的故障。因此,燃料供给系统一旦有了故障,就要及时准确地予以排除,否则,将给发动机工作带来隐患。因此,掌握汽车电控燃油供给系统的保养、故障检测及排除方法,对保证汽车的正常运行尤为重要。为此本文对汽油机燃油供给系统的组成工作原理做了详细介绍,同时对汽油机燃油供给系统常见故障的产生原因、故障诊断与修复做了全面的分析,最后结合实例分析了汽油机燃油供给系统常见故障的诊断与修复设计的合理性与实用性。

ABSTRACT
Electronic fuel supply system is a core part of the vehicle, whose performance will directly influence the car's power performance, economy, reliability, safety, emission and comfort. Because of all kinds of the wear in machine elements of engine working .such as gel stemming in the petrol,the pollution of the dust in the air and improper maintenance in the daily life. Therefore, once the fuel supply system occurs malfunction, you should timely and accurately exclude, otherwise, will give the engine possible failure. Therefore, mastering maintenance, fault detection and exclusion methods of automotive electronic control fuel system is very important to ensure the normal operation of the vehicle. In this paper, working principle of gasoline engine fuel supply system is introduced in detail, at the same time, make a comprehensive analysis of common trouble causes, fault diagnosis and repair. Finally, combined with case analyzes the rationality and the practicability of the gasoline engine fuel supply system common fault diagnosis and repair design.
