科技领军人才创新旺盛期成长环境研究

摘 要

科技领军人才创新能力的提高均有一个循序渐进的过程,此过程由若干个边界模糊的阶段所组成,并且在不同的阶段各种能力发展早晚、快慢和达到的水平都不可能完全相同。因此,充分了解科技领军人才创新发展在不同成长阶段能力成长的速度以及阶段之间转变发生的时刻,对科技领军人才的培养工作无疑是非常有益的。

本文使用文献研究法、问卷调查法、比较分析法、定性和定量相结合的方法对科技领军人才创新旺盛期的成长环境进行了研究。首先给出绪论部分,简要介绍了本文的选题背景、研究目的和意义,以及研究思路、内容和方法,接着,简要阐述了相关的理论基础,包括科技领军人才、创新、创新旺盛期和人才成长环境的概念,科技领军人才创新成长规律和科技领军人才创新旺盛期的研究综述,在此基础上,使用问卷调查和实地访谈的方式对科技领军人才创新旺盛期进行了实证研究,主要分析了影响科技领军人才创新发展的环境因素;接着,对科技领军人才创新旺盛期成长环境进行了研究,建立了科技领军人才创新旺盛期成长环境评价指标体系,分析了其环境的特殊性,并对成长环境进行了评价,最后,给出了优化科技领军人才创新旺盛期成长环境的建议。

Abstract

Leading scientist’s innovation capabilities have a gradual process, this process consists of several stages of the fuzzy boundaries of the composition and capabilities at different stages of development sooner or later, the level of speed and reach are not the same. Therefore, to fully understand the technology leader in innovation and development of human resources capacity at different stages of growth rate and phase shift occurs between the times of the leading scientists doubt the work of training is very useful.

This article uses the literature study, questionnaire survey method, comparative analysis, qualitative and quantitative methods of leading scientists of a strong period of growth innovation environment were studied. The first part gives the introduction, the topics of this paper briefly describes the background, purpose and significance, and research ideas, contents and methods, then, briefly describes the theoretical basis of relevant, including leading scientists, innovation, innovation and talent strong period the concept of growth environment, technological innovation and growth pattern leading talent and technology leader in innovation and a strong period of study personnel reviewed, on this basis, the use of questionnaires and field interviews of leading scientists of the way robust period of innovation and an empirical study, the main analysis influence the development of scientific and technological innovation leading talent environmental factors; then, strong scientific and technological innovation leading talent growth environment has been studied period, the establishment of a strong scientific and technological innovation leading talent evaluation system environment for the growth period, an analysis of its special environment, and growth environment was evaluated, and finally, given the strong optimization leading scientists innovation environment for the growth period of the proposal.
