This thesis focuses on the back seat rail adventure exciting device design and transformation, instead of using a new type of thermal aging excitation device is mounted on the shaft by a combination of eccentric block, frame, side-side cover, and other components of the excitation device and the motor through the shaft coupling is one of the new exciter, Its features are: a combination of excitation device eccentric block, the combination of eccentric and eccentric from the inside blocks the eccentric, the eccentric block to block and move with the eccentric, the eccentric and the shaft fixed; excitation device shaft and added between the motor shaft with a flexible coupling, inside and outside the two keys to the motor shaft, flexible shaft, the vibrating shaft connecting the device as a whole, eased by the vibration of the motor, permanent magnet motor and reduces the excitation device processing and assembly accuracy, which greatly extend the life of the motor, to ensure the reliability of the exciter, to broaden the use of machine.
