毕业设计（论文）的工作内容:
1、进行调研，了解、分析人力资源管理系统的开发要求。 2、熟练运用软件工程学的软件开发方法和开发工具。
3、熟练掌握ASP程序设计语言，掌握其Web数据库开发、访问技术。 4、利用软件工程的理论和方法，采用Dreamweaver开发工具和Access数据库完成人力资源管理系统的开发。
根据课题要求，软件主要完成如下功能：人员管理功能、招聘管理功能、用户投诉信息管理功能、用户缴费信息管理功能、用户报修信息管理，用户车位管理功能等。
5、要求软件设计界面友好、使用方便，程序执行安全、可靠、稳定。 6、完成与设计内容有关的外文资料的翻译，译文约5000字。 7、完成毕业论文并提交设计软件及清单一份。 起止时间：

摘要
随着市场经济的发展和人们生活水平的提高，住宅小区已经成为人们安家置业的首选，小区业主不但对住宅本身的美观，质量要求越来越高，同时对小区物业的服务和管理也要求较高。这样要求小区管理者对物业管理进行宏观和微观的细致管理，其中最好的办法是用计算机操作的小区物业管理系统来实现对小区物业的管理，伴随着小区的规模不断扩大和住户的不断增多，像小区中的汽车，小区附带设施，小区的各项维修、投诉等都将越来越复杂。还依靠人工来处理不仅效率低，保密性差，而且时间一长会产生大量文件和数据，这样对查找，更新和维护带来不少的困难。
随着计算机技术的不断普及和计算机数据处理功能不断增强，用计算机系统对小区物业管理已经成为必要。利用网络和数据库技术，结合目前硬件价格普遍下跌和宽带网大力建设的有利优势，应用ASP技术和采用Access数据库系统组件来构成的应用服务系统，开发了基于B/S模式多用户小区物业管理系统程序。它运用方便，操作简单，效率很高。本系统界面设计大方，简洁，实用，操作简单方便，是一款完全适合普通小区物业事务管理的软件。软件设计综合了具有一定代表性的多家物业管理公司的业务模式和需求。能实现房产、客户等小区的智能化管理，可以提高物业管理的效率。

Summary
Along with the market economy development and the growth in the people’s living standard, the residential block already became the first choice to set up a home and establish a business, now the proprietor not only require a house both artistic and practical, but also need a better property management to service. These requests the supervisor of the plot carry on macroscopic and the microscopic management very carefully, which the best means is using computer that operate plot property management system to the help management, as the scale of plot more and more extensive and the number of proprietor growing, it would be more and more complicated to management like car parking, preserve and complaint. Still base on manual handling seems not a good choice, it’s inefficiency and not safe, during long times work will cause large of data, it’s not suit for data processing.
As the computer technology developing, it is very necessary to use computer system to manage the residential block .With the network and the database technology, and the hardware price generally reasonable at present ,the broadband networks also being built increasingly, all these advantageous support us to do it. Using Access database system module and Active Server Page to constitute the application service system, we have developed the multiuser plot property system based on B/S mode. It is efficient and easy to use. This system have a simple and practical interface and it very easy to use, is complete suit for the plot property daily business management. The software’s design referenced some estate management company's service pattern. It could realize intellectualized plot property management and also let the property management more efficient.
