High school art students
class management status and management measures
Abstract：Studying in quality education overall development and form under
the background of diversification, the number of high school art students increased year by year. However, in the face of a large number of art students, high school college management is compromised. Art students and ordinary liberal arts in the thought idea, the behavior, there are many differences between psychological characteristics and so on, it asked the school and the teacher in charge targeted management methods must be used to treat art student, should fully consider different age students group characteristics under different environment, scientific management system, the formulation of class to reverse the current art students shortage of class management.
In this paper, random by means of questionnaire survey the teacher in charge and the art student, summarize the status quo of the current art students class management. From the teacher in charge, the art students, the school the reasons of the existence of three aspects to analyze problems, and then sums up, put forward the feasible management measures.
