摘要

随着我国经济的迅速发展,采用模具的生产技术得到愈来愈广泛的应用。注射成型是塑料成型的一种重要方法,它主要适用于热塑性塑料的成型,可以一次成型形状复杂的精密塑件。

近年来塑料成型模具的产量和水平发展十分迅速,高效率,自动化,大型,精密,长寿命模具总产量中所占比例越来越大,在各种塑料模具中来看,注射模具在生产中占的比例是最大的,在生产中起着重要的作用。注射成型模具是塑料先加在注塑机的加热料筒内,塑料受热熔融后,在注射机的螺杆式活塞推动下,经喷嘴和模具的浇注系统进入模具型腔,塑料在模具型腔内固化定型,这就是注塑成型的简单过程。注塑成型所用的模具叫注塑模具。注塑模具主要用于热塑性塑料制品的成型,但是近几年来也越来越多的用于热固性塑料成型。注塑成型在塑料制件成型中占有很大的比重,世界塑料成型模具产量中的约半数以上为注塑模具。

本设计是对电热水器外壳的注塑模具设计,利用UG NX4.0软件对塑件进行了实体造型,对塑件结构进行了工艺分析。明确了设计思路,确定了注射成型工艺过程并对各个具体部分进行了详细的计算和校核。然后用AUTOCAD2008绘制了模具装配图,再根据装配图在UG NX4.0中分模,最后绘制各零件图。如此设计出的结构可确保模具工作运用可靠,保证了与其他部件的配合。

Abstract

With China's rapid economic development, adopted mould production technology gets more and more widely. Plastic molding injection molding is a kind of important method, it is mainly applied to thermoplastic plastic molding and shaping a complex shape of precision plastic pieces.

In recent years the plastic molding production and level is developing very rapidly, and high efficiency, automation, large, precision, long life mold production increasing proportion of in all kinds of plastic mold, see, injection mould in proportion of in production in production is the largest, plays an important role. Plastic injection molding is added in the first heat in injection molding machine, plastic heated nitrogen-treated barrel after the injection machine, melt the screw piston driven, through the nozzle and mould pouring system into the mold cavity, plastic mold cavity finalize the design, this is in curing simple process of injection molding. Injection molding mould called injection moulds used. Mainly used for injection molding plastics molding thermoplastic, but in recent years more and more used in thermosetting plastic molding. In plastic injection molding in stamping shape, the world has a large proportion of plastic molding production about half above for injection molding.

The design of the electric water heater is injection mold design using UG software, NX4.0 for the plastic parts, plastic pieces of solid modeling process analysis structure. Clear the design ideas, determine the injection molding process and to each particular part of the detailed calculated and checked. Then use AUTOCAD2008 mapped the mold assembly drawing, again according to the assembly NX4.0 parting in UG, finally draw in each detail drawings. So designed to ensure the structure, reliable mould work with other components ensures the cooperation.
