Marketing is the key link in business’ survival and development. In order to survive and develop in the intense and harsh market competition, the Ago Fu schools must satisfy students’ needs much better than their components. It is very important to establish a correct marketing strategy through a clear vein in order to guarantee business’ consecutive development. What this thesis wants to solve is to establish marketing strategy correctly feasible for the consecutive development of the new ideal education company, which is also the examination of the author’s study.
In recent years ,education system in China is still taking the college entrance examination as baton, therefore to develop Gao Fu market will be a long-term plan. How to seize the opportunity is a problem worthy of careful study in Gao Fu education industry.
However, the Gao Fu schools went through a circuitous way in 2009. The new college entrance examination system has in particular become the major issue, which influences the development of the Gao Fu. The reason is various, but to the new ideal education company is the opportunity and challenge coexisting, along with the unceasing changes of market environment, the time which Gao Fu school market mixes the cards truly already arrives, the trend that the powerhouse is stronger. Only then the Gao Fu school takes truly consumer's benefit as the starting point, guides the customer to science expense, establish marketing strategy, it can become in the market competition true powerhouse. This thesis will explore the marketing strategy in the new ideal education company developing process.
The basic thought of the thesis about studying the marketing strategies of Hangzhou the Gao Fu education industry is as follows: First of all, this thesis takes the induction and the elaboration to the review high education industry s’ development process and the present situation in Hangzhou. At present, the competition of Gao Fu market is extremely intense. However, the school of normative management, the guaranteed teachers, the increased education quality and the high reputation will be the new benchmark. Through the analysis of target consumer group, it is better for us to choose the market.
Secondly, the thesis takes the Hangzhou new ideal education company as an example, carries on the analysis of the system to its marketing strategy formulation. First of all, the thesis describes the company’s background and analyze advantageous of the company.
At the same time, the company also exists some problems. For instance: the new ideal education company enters into the market late, leading to the high stress of competitiveness and so on.

Relative to the problem, we had better take effective measures and draw up the marketing strategies. Firstly, the thesis makes an analysis and research on the goal market of the new ideal education company and establishment of the company’ market localization with the marketing theory and the method. And according to the analysis of the obtained conclusion, the new ideal education company can formulate its marketing strategy which is suitable for the profession situation and the development tendency. Hench, we had better think ideas to solve the problem. In this paper, I look forward to several suggestions: such as applying to integrated marketing and building the good brand image.
Meanwhile, it is clear form the market investigation and study data. the new ideal education company marketing strategy have the practical significance to the education development, and provide the theory basis on how to establish the marketing strategy when our Gao Fu is under the intense condition of Hangzhou market competition day by day. The adoption of the marketing strategy, the final realization of the company economic interest and the unification of consumer’s demand.
In this competitive environment, new ideals in education company in an increasingly competitive market how can gain competitive advantage, how to develop effective marketing strategies, the new ideal education company should analysis and study.
