摘 要
建国初期，为了破除西方国家的经济封锁，恢复和发展国民经济，党和政府采取了一系列措施，1952年底，国民经济恢复任务得以完成。同时，为完成社会主义改造，确立社会主义制度，实现国家社会主义工业化，1953年，我国开始对农业、手工业和资本主义工商业进行社会主义改造。农业合作化是我国建国初期完成农业社会主义改造的途径。当时，农业合作化是否顺利完成，直接影响着我国工业化进程，而作为农业合作化的主要组织形式的农业生产合作社，它的组建和发展一个重要影响因素是农业生产合作社利益关系的整合。所以，农业生产合作社利益关系整合问题影响农业社会主义改造，影响农业生产合作社自身的发展。
本文从建国初期的农业社会主义改造的实际出发，主要在对《农业集体化重要文件汇编》中的重要文献进行解读的基础上，针对建国初期农业生产合作社利益关系的实质、利益关系的表现、利益关系的特点、利益关系整合的必要性等问题，进行研究，分析和总结我国建国初期农业生产合作社利益关系整合实况及其历史启示。
本论文共分为五个部分，其基本逻辑为：前言部分简要阐述了本问题的研究背景、研究意义、研究思路和方法，并对相关文献进行综述。第一部分分析了建国初期农业生产合作社利益关系的实质和表现，从农业生产合作社利益的内涵和外延对农业生产合作社利益关系进行分析和论述；第二部分从当时社会背景和经济学角度总结了农业生产合作社利益关系的特点；第三部分从农民、合作社、国家三个角度分析了农业生产合作社利益关系整合的必要性；第四部分对当时利益关系整合的主要途径进行了归纳；第五部分总结了建国初期农业生产合作社利益关系整合对现阶段解决“三农”问题，建设社会主义新农村的启示。

Abstract
The founding days of our country,The party and government took a series of measures to break the western economic blockade,restore and develop the national economy,and it was completed by the end of 1952.At the same time,our country began to transform agriculture, handicrafts and capitalist industry and commerce in order to complete the socialist revolution, establish the socialist system, and realize the national industrialization.Agricultural production cooperative movement was the way of completing agricultural socialist transformation.The agricultural production cooperative was successfully completed or not that effected on our country's industrialization process at that time,as the main form of agricultural production cooperative,agricultural production cooperative relationship of interests integration was a important factor of the cooperation's creation and development.So the agricultural production cooperatives interests integration affect agricultural socialist transformation and the development of cooperation.
This article follow the actual situation of the socialist transformation of agriculture at the founding time,on the basis of the important documents of ,according to the founding of the agricultural production cooperatives interests the essence of the relationship between interest relationship performance characteristics of the relationship of interests interest relationship problems such as the necessity of the integration, for research,analyzes and summarizes agricultural production cooperative relationship's integration and its historical experience.
This article is divided into five parts,and it's basic logic is that:Introduction briefly expounds the problems the research background research significance research ideas and methods, and relevant literature were reviewed in this article.The first part analyzes the essence and performance of agricultural production cooperative relationship of interests at the founding time,the agricultural production cooperative relationship of interest's discussing is followed on the connotation and extension of the agricultural production cooperatives interests;The second part is followed on the contemporary social background and the Angle of economics agricultural production cooperatives summarized the characteristics of the interest relationship;The third part is followed on the three countries from farmers cooperatives to analyze the agricultural production cooperative relationship between interest integration to a necessity;The fourth part is that conclude the the interests of the integration method and ways at that time;The fifth part conclude that the integration of agricultural production cooperative relationship of interests enlightenment to the problems of now about 'Agriculture, rural areas and farmers' and the building of a socialist new countryside.
