摘 要
由于现代网上购物和现代生活发展对现代物流业提出了新的要求，这必将增加我国交通运输业运作的难度在这种背景下为了进一步满足现代经济发展的需要，必须对我国物流也发展进行重新规划研究。同时对于我国来说公路运输是其主要运输方式，但城市物流成本和公路运输成本由于缺少有效的组织和规划导致其成本居高不下，公路港经营模式的兴起虽然在国内发展时间短，但作为第四方物流平台在经济效益和物流运输上的发展趋势十分良好。其系统的经营发展模式整合了社会的卡车资源和大量的第三方物流资源，大大降低了物流成本提高了物流运输效率。在城市物流配送之中起到了很大的作用，其依靠线上和线下实体平台的运作，大大提高了城市物流配送最后与刚开始一公里的运输快捷性。公路港用利用现代的互联网，实现O2O（Online To Offline）物流的发展模式，有效的链接起物流参与的主体之间的直接联系大大提升了物流效率，降低了物流成本。并且打造全国公路港网络实现各个城市之间的物流流动力。
本文首先对公路港作出介绍，并对国内外的公路运输作出分析比较国内外的公路运输上有什么区别，中国的公路运输存在的问题，对这些问题的进行一下说明。对公路港之中的代表杭州公路港进行说明让人了解杭州公路港到物流发展上起到的作用，杭州公路港在城市物流配送过程之中的运营模式和起盈利模式，公路港这一新的经营模式到底在运作之中有和优势，本文是本人在传化公路港实习期间所得来的心得与想法而对杭州公路港体系进行的研究报告。对杭州公路港进行了一个比较详细的说明，对杭州公路港现在的发展情况和杭州公路港在萧山经济开发区乃至整个浙江到底承担了什么样的责任作出了介绍。

Abstract

1. 绪论
1.1 公路港的概念：
公路港又被称作“传化公路港物流模式”，是由传化集团独创的公路港物流平台整合运输模式。公路港模式发展迅速，从2000年至今已在全国大部分城市拥有公路港，董事长徐冠巨在传化30周年例会上表示2016年是传化公路港的飞跃期，传化公路港将迎来巨大的发展，现已有“陆鲸”“易货嘀”“运宝网”“易配货”“路港快线”等多种线上运输产品。公路港是依托于公路运输而形成的一个港口。这个港口是公路运输的聚集点，这里有货运车辆、大型仓库、零担快运、货物信息交易平台等。这个公路港将公路运输中的所有参与者都聚集在这里，成为公路运输中货与车停靠的港口。可以说，公路港物流是目前各地的物流基地（园区）的升级改良版。相较于一般的物流基地（园区），公路港物流的规划更具有综合性，将公路运输中的各方参与者都请了进来，不再是单一的零担市场或者是货物信息交易市场。是一个大的运输参与平台，为运输的各个参与单位提供服务形成一个货主，卡车司机、支付、金融、保险、评估、车辆、及零配件厂商，石油等多方共生共享的物流平台生态圈。
