目前，物流业是一个综合性的行业，涉及多个领域，随着现代网络技术、信息技术的快速发展，物流的运作、方法手段和成本管理都发生了巨大的变化。物

流作为新兴的服务产业，虽然在中国尚处在起步阶段，但国内竞争却是异常激烈，大部分是中小物流企业，其是否可以发展壮大成为我国物流企业快速成长的关键，分析我国物流企业发展的现状，抓住企业的竞争重点，找出其存在的问题，强化企业核心竞争力，才能使企业获得长久的竞争优势。
德邦物流有限公司是一家以公路为依托，兼营航空货运代理的全国网络型卡车零担运输服务供应商。德邦物流旗下拥有近2900多家网点，营业网点遍布华南、华东、华北、东北、华中、西南等地，并在全国范围内与50多家知名物流企业共同组建了德邦物流配送网络，业务覆盖全国550多个城市和地区。
德邦物流要想更好的发展，其服务网点布局和运输优化，业务现状等问题很关键。但是在德邦物流业务的进行中和成本管理等仍然存在一些问题。本文通过对德邦物流公司的业务特别是“精准卡航”的现状的分析。发现德邦公司业务运行中存在的一些ERP系统不完善、运费偏高、机械化水平低、网点的东西分布不均匀、人才匮乏、工作人员的文化素质低等问题，找出了这些其问题存在的原因。并对德邦物流公司存在的问题提出了系统的优化方法。希望对德邦物流的发展有所帮助，也同时希望能够给所在领域其他公司一些借鉴。

Abstract：
Currently, the logistics industry is a comprehensive industry, involving a number of areas, with the rapid development of modern network technology, information technology, operational logistics, cost management tools and methods have undergone tremendous changes. 1.1选题背景：
21 世纪物流成为新的经济增长点，其发展水平成为衡量一国综合实力的标志之一。2011 年，中国社会物流总需求量增长速度虽趋缓，但是物流专业化和社会化进程在结构调整中明显加快，全年社会物流总额达到 160 万亿元，物流业增加值大约 3 万亿元，同比分别增长 12%、14%。第三方物流企业是在物流业务外包的环境下产生的，由专业人员、技术等组成的为用户提供柔性化服务的组织，它已成为物流行业重要组成部分，提高物流行业水平实际上是提高物流企业自身的核心竞争力，在竞争激烈的竞争中立于不败之地的保证。 1.1.1经济全球化造就物流一体化
