第一章 总 则
使用须知
本《员工手册》是公牛集团有限公司《劳动合同》的附件,与《劳动合同》有同等法律效力。本手册适用于公牛集团公司所有员工。但,因为业务内容和地域原因,可能存在不完全适用或不适用的情况,在本《员工手册》的相应章节会注明。每一位员工务必认真阅读和领会其内容。使用本手册时,请注意如下几点内容:
1、员工手册中包含了公司的管理原则、准则和制度,对这些内容,每个员工都需要熟知,甚至熟记。 2、员工手册为公司内部重要文件,请妥善保管,勿转借公司以外的其他人。员工离职时请将本手册缴回人力资源部。
3、本员工手册经公司管理层、工会和职工代表大会审议,总裁批准并报公司所在地劳动保障部门备案。 4、随国家新的法律法规出台及本公司发展的需要,公司保留对本手册内容进行修改、增删等变动的权利。为保证本手册的完备性与时效性,修订的内容经公司管理层、工会审议,总裁批准后,由人力资源中心或相关部门就修订部分以文件的方式发布,为此,修订的内容与本手册内容不符时,应以修订内容为准。 《员工手册》经过一段时间局部修订后,原则上不超过2年会发布新版本。
5、每一位员工在认真阅读并领会本手册的内容后,将采用个人签署的方式确认已经阅读、理解、认可本手册的内容并同时承诺遵守《员工手册》中所规定的内容。员工署名后的“承诺卡”交由人力资源部门保存。
6、本手册内容的解释权属于公牛集团有限公司人力资源中心。如果员工发现本手册中内容有与国家法律法规相冲突之处,请与人力资源中心联系,我们将会作出调整,以确保员工手册符合国家法律法规要求。 7、本手册于 年 月经管理层、工会和职工代表大会审议、总裁批准后实施。
