前言

马鞍山长江公路建设单位为安徽公路工程大桥,中国公路工程咨询集团有限公司中标承担马鞍山长江公路大桥MQ-J02监理合同段的监理任务。负责该桥左汊三塔两跨悬索桥的南塔及南锚碇和部分引桥的驻地监理工作,中国公路工程咨询集团有限公司马鞍山长江公路大桥第二驻地监理办公室”是经公司授权执行这一项目的监理机构。为贯彻落实建设单位和中国公路工程咨询集团有限公司签定的《监理合同协议书》要求、以及交通部颁发的《公路工程施工监理规程》(JTG G10—2006),结合本项目实际情况制订本监理大纲。监理大纲是本工程项目监理工作的实施方案,用来指导驻地办编制监理细则和全面开展监理工作的指导性文件。

监理大纲经总监办和业主认可后,驻地办将组织专业监理工程师分专业编写监理工作实施细则 1.工程概述

1.1马鞍山长江公路大桥概况

马鞍山长江公路大桥位于安徽省东部,连接马鞍山和巢湖两市。工程起于安徽和县姥桥镇附近S206省道,在马鞍山江心洲位置处跨越长江,通过马鞍山市城区的西南侧,在超山附近接马芜高速后向东,线路终于皖苏两省交界处牛路口,与江苏省拟建的溧水~马鞍山高速公路江苏段相接。远期本项目向西沿伸至巢湖,接芜湖~巢湖~合肥高速公路。

马鞍山长江公路大桥建设项目全长约36公路,南岸接线19公里,北岸接线6公里,跨江主体部分约11公里,其中左汊主桥桥型为主跨2×1080m三塔两跨悬索桥,右汊主桥为2×260m三塔两跨斜拉桥。
