第一章 总体概述

1.1 工程概况

工程名称:常州九龙仓·国宾花园人防地下室(Ⅰ区北侧)基坑支护工程 建设单位:九龙仓(常州)置业有限公司 勘察单位:常州市基础工程公司

支护设计单位:常州市华泰岩土工程有限公司

建设地点:常州市新北区新北区河海东路北侧、藻江河西侧 基坑开挖深度:4.90~5.40m

工程内容:施工图范围内基坑支护工程

1.2 编制依据

(1)《岩土工程勘察报告》

(2)总平面图、基础图;(甲方提供)

(3)常州市华泰岩土工程有限公司:基坑支护设计方案及图纸; (4)《建筑基坑支护技术规程》(JGJ120-99) (5)《建筑地基基础设计规范》(GB50007-2002)

(6)《建筑地基基础工程施工质量验收规范》(GB50202-2002) (7)其它有关规范。

1.3 周边环境

拟建地下室周边为在建的住宅楼、商业及施工场地。本次支护设计的范围为Ⅰ区地下室的北侧基坑,即沿1-M轴从1-4轴至1-33轴。该范围北侧有一施工道路,距坑边(坡底)2.5~4.2m,3倍基坑开挖范围无内与本工程相关的管道及管线等障碍物。

1.4 基坑支护形式

根据设计文件,本支护工程支护形式分为二种,AB段采用放坡支护形式,坡比为1:0.6,坡面喷射砼;BC段采用土钉墙,按1:0.3放坡开挖,施工3排土

钉,由上之下土钉长度依次为4米、3米、3米,直径48mm,面层挂钢筋网喷射混凝土。具体见下图。
