浅析宽带薪酬及其实施
——以A公司为例

摘 要
为解决组织效率低下,社会经济衰退的问题,管理学家提出新的管理战略——企业组织的扁平化战略。但在企业组织的扁平化战略使上述问题得到解决的同时,也带来了职位晋升机会的明显减少和员工工作积极性减小等一系列问题。于是作为一种新型的与企业组织扁平化战略相适应的薪酬模式,宽带薪酬应运而生。本文对宽带薪酬进行了简单介绍,包括其涵义、优点、缺点、适用范围和实施时需要注意的事项,并对宽带薪酬模式在我国企业推行时可能出现的问题提出了对策;并以A公司为例具体介绍了宽带薪酬在A公司的实施,包括A公司的概况、薪酬管理的现状及存在的问题、宽带薪酬在A公司的适用性分析以及A公司的宽带薪酬实施方案。本文意在介绍宽带薪酬,并通过案例使需要或想要实行宽带薪酬的企业对宽带薪酬能有一个更全面、更深入的认识。从而给需要或想要实行宽带薪酬的企业带来一些启示。

ABSTRACT
To solve the problem of organizational inefficiencies and economic recession, the management theorists propose a new management strategy---Flattening the Organization structure. However, decreased opportunities for job promotion and the reduction staff enthusiasm and other issues came out. Therefore, broadband pay came into being as a new pay mode in accordance with flat organizations. This paper gives a brief introduction of the broadband pay system including its meaning, its advantages, its disadvantages, and the issues that need attentions in its application and implementation; and it introduces the implementation of broadband pay system with taking A company's implementation as a example, mainly including the general situation and the salary management problems of A company, the applicability of broadband pay system to A company, and the implementation plan of broadband pay system for A company. Finally, this paper summarizes the issues that need to pay attention to when China's enterprises implement broadband pay model.
