某高校砼框架办公楼的结构设计

摘 要

办公楼是在特定的历史、社会、经济和文化背景下形成和发展起来的,其建筑布局、空间形态、环境气氛都在不断的变化。随着建筑业的发展,目前多层和高层建筑逐渐增多,钢筋混凝土框架结构是其主要形式,虽说它的钢筋及水泥用量都比较大,造价也比混合结构高,但它具有梁柱承重,墙体只起分隔和围护的作用,房间布置比较灵活,门窗开置的大小、形状都较为自由的特点。因此,框架结构房屋越来越多的受到人们的青睐。

框架结构的最大特点是承重构件与围护构件有明确分工,建筑的内外墙处理十分灵活,应用范围很广。根据框架布置方向的不同,框架体系可分为横向布置、纵向布置及纵横双向布置三种。纵横双向布置是建筑的纵横向都布置承重框架,建筑的整体刚度好,是地震设防区采用的主要方案之一。

本设计采取了框架结构设计方案中的中间横向框架方案。在结构计算设计方面按照一般招待所的计算步骤进行计算设计。即根据受力情况算出层间荷载代表值,利用抗震设计中的理论方法顶点位移法算出该建筑的自振周期,进而得出水平地震荷载值,同时计算出风荷载作用下的荷载大小,接着得出了该建筑在水平荷载作用下的结构内力。同理算出竖向荷载作用下的的内力,得出最不利内力组合。根据不利内力组合,计算并选择了合理的安全的结构设计方案。最后通过计算结合该建筑的设计、外形、内部布置要求,完成了楼梯、基础的计算并选出了合理的布置方案和构造要求。

本设计在结构布置方面和结构计算方面严格遵守了相关规范,基本遵守了大方、美观、合理的要求,比较上能够满足人们的需求。立面设计方面,考虑到该建筑在校园内,立面设计也满足了独特新颖、美观大方的要求。

Abstract

Office building is in the specific historical, social, economic and culture under the background of the formation and development, the building layout, space form, environment atmosphere are constantly changing. With the development of construction industry, the multi-storey and high-rise buildings, reinforced concrete frame structure is the main form, although it's steel and cement dosage is bigger, the cost is higher than mixed structure, but it has beams bearing, function space and retaining wall only, the room layout is more flexible, open doors and Windows set the size, shape, and the characteristics of a more liberal. Frame structure building, therefore, more and more get the favour of people.

The biggest characteristic of frame structure is a bearing component and retaining structures have a clear division of labor, building the external walls of processing is very flexible, application range is very wide. According to different framework arrangement direction, the framework can be divided into horizontal layout, vertical arrangement and three vertical and horizontal two-way arrangement. The sides of the longitudinal and vertical and horizontal two-way layout is the architecture of bearing frame, building the overall good stiffness, is one of the main scheme used in seismic zone.

This design adopts the middle transverse frame in the frame structure design scheme. According to the general hostel in structural calculation design calculation and design calculation steps. This design in the aspect of structure arrangement and structural calculation of strictly abide by the relevant specification, basic has complied with the generous, beautiful, reasonable request, more can satisfy people's needs. Facade design, considering the building on campus, facade design and meet the requirements of the novel unique, beautiful and easy.
