摘要

本设计是在结合当前社会经济背景,我国基本国情,在环境保护,市场需求的基础上,深入了解调查后做出的一份针对性的厂房设计。厂址选择在江西省高安市,预计年生产能力520万平方米(全抛釉砖280万平方米、微晶石砖240万平方米)。

首先,根据物料平衡计算,确定从原料进厂至成品出厂过程中各工序各种原料、辅助材料、燃料及水电需要量和各堆场、仓库面积。

其次,根据设备选型结果选取主要设备如球磨机、浆池、喷雾干燥塔、料仓、压机、干燥窑和烧成窑等。生产工艺流程均由原料、成型、烧成三部分组成,包括坯、釉料制备、成型、干燥、施釉、烧成、检选包装工段。

然后,根据生产工艺流程和所选设备进行工艺设计和布置,确定独立式车间布置及主要车间面积。总平面设计中主要技术经济指标为:厂区占地面积10.4万m2;建筑系数38.5% ;厂区利用系数53.5%;绿化率18.6%;围墙长度1320m。

最后,评估劳动保护、总概算以及经济效果,固定资产总投资2.863亿元,总成本3.2594亿元,年销售收入6.467亿元,销售利润2.43156亿元,投资回收率84.93%,投资回收期1.18年。

ABSTRACT

The design is a pertinent plant building design figured out after deep understanding and investigation which is based on current socio-economic background, the fundamental conditions of the country, as well as the environmental protection and the demand in the market. The factory site was chosen in Gaoan City, Jiangxi province, the annual productivity was estimated 5200,000 square meters (including glaze-all-casting brick 2,800,000 ㎡,microcrystal brick 2,400,000 ㎡).

Firstly, we come to the mass balance calculation, aimed to determining the amount of raw materials, auxiliary materials, fuel, water and electricity each process needs from raw materials to finished products, meanwhile calculate the area of storage yard and warehouses.

Next, equipment shaping is the point, the producing process all consists of the three parts of milling, molding, firing. There are stages of raw materials preparation, the molding, drying, glazing, firing, the testing and packaging section. According to the equipment shaping outcome, we select major equipments like mill, slurry reservoir spray drying tower, stock bin, press, drying kiln and firing kilns.

Then, on the base of the producing process and the selected equipments, the process design and arrangement lay out, defining a separated way to arrange the workshop and the area of main workshops. The primary technical economic targets in the general graphic design are: the plant covers an area of 104 thousands square meters; building modulus is 38.5%; usage modulus is 53.5%;green area proportion is 18.6%;fence length is 1320 meters.

Finally, the labor protection, budgets and the economic effect get an appraisal, total investment is 286,300,000 Yuan; total cost is 325,940,000 Yuan; annual sales revenue is 6,467,000,000 Yuan; the annual selling profit is 243,156,000 Yuan, the investment recovery is 84.93%, the investment payback period is 1.18 years.
