跨金丽温高速公路1#特大桥下部结构施工方案
1.编制说明 1.1.编制依据
⑴、跨金丽温高速公路1#特大桥施工图;
⑵、现场施工调查资料和金温扩能改造工程总体施工组织;
⑶、《客运专线铁路桥涵工程施工质量验收暂行标准》(铁建设[2005]160号);
⑷、《铁路混凝土工程施工质量验收补充标准》(铁建设[2005]160号) ⑸、《铁路混凝土工程施工技术指南》(TZ210-2005); ⑹、《客运专线铁路桥涵工程施工技术指南》(TZ213-2005); ⑺、《铁路混凝土与砌体工程施工质量验收标准》(TB10424—2003); ⑻、《施工现场临时用电安全技术规程》(JGJ46-2005)(建设部05年322号文);
⑼、《铁路桥涵工程施工安全技术规程》(TB10303-2009); ⑽、现行铁路施工、材料、机具设备等定额;
⑾、国家、铁道部、浙江省有关安全、环境保护、水土保持等方面的法律、法规、条例、规定。
1.2.编制范围
编制范围为跨金丽温高速公路1#特大桥79墩2台施工,桥起讫里程为DK11+561.90~DK14+355.47,中心里程为:DK12+958.685,全桥长2793.57m。
2.工程概况 2.1.线路概况
跨金丽温高速公路1#特大桥位于金华市金东区境内,主要为跨越330国道、八仙溪、金丽温高速公路以及多条乡村道路而设。桥址起讫里程为DK11+561.90~DK14+355.47全长2793.57m,本桥是金温线的重点控制工程之一。孔跨布臵:(48+80+48)m连续梁+(4-32m+2-24m+11-32m+2-24m +47-32m+1-24m+3-32m)简支箱梁+(60+100+60)m连续梁+4-32m简支箱梁。
