The hotel should benefit from landscaping partially consisting of tended gardens consisting of trees, flowers, and lawn areas, particularly at the main entrance and surrounding the swimming pool. The remainder of landscaped areas should consist of low maintenance ground cover, low shrubs and bushes or rockeries. Water features are desirable assets and attractive, safe footpaths with adequate lighting should connect all frequently traveled routes, particularly from car parking to hotel entrances.
