using SPSS, applying ANOVA and OLS, this paper analyses the correlation between senior executive compensation and firm performance. The finding indicates that senior executive compensation shows significant difference among different firm size. ROA and ROE have a positive effect on senior executive compensation, but EPS has not a significant effect on senior executive compensation. Based on the research findings, this paper puts forward some measures which can make a contribution to improving the system of senior executive compensation in Fujian listed companies.
